烹饪英语教学大纲一、说 明1.课程的性质和内容本课程既是文化素质教育课,又是一门职业基础课。本课程从发展职业培训事业,开发劳动者的职业技能,提高劳动者的素质,增强劳动者的就业能力和工作能力出发,为烹饪工艺与营养专业的学生提供必要的英语交际能力。学习烹饪英语,目的是使中国餐饮事业有机地和国际餐饮事业接轨,从而把中式烹调技艺推向世界。2.课程的要求和任务该课程要求学生重点掌握中式菜肴的英文名称,并能用英语介绍中式菜肴的烹调步骤;难点在于用自己的语言介绍菜肴的烹调过程。本课程的学习需要有大学英语、中式烹调等基础理论课作为指导,具有较强的口语交际性,对于学生毕业所从事的工作有很大的帮助。3.教学中应注意的问题1重视语言基础教学。2正确处理阅读与听、说、写、译的关系。3充分利用现代化的教学手段。二、学习分配表教
