Do not start second classifying step without dispersing. Classifying stageIn the classifying stage suspension is continuously supplied as soon as the working speed is reached. The feed pump start and stop is controlled by our PLC. The suspension is feed through the shaft of the dispersing unit to the bottom of the rotor. The suspension is then pressed against the wall of the rotor by the centrifugal force and flows through the individual rotor chambers. The coarse particles in the suspension are deposited on the rotor wall. The portion of the suspension that is suitable for further use is discharged from the upper part of the rotor through the overflow skimming unit. Dispersing stageIn the dispersing stage the plough blades slowly enter the chambers of the rotating rotor. Dilution liquid (flow must be 300 - 350 l/h) is supplied continuously. If dilution liquid is not supplied continuously, it is impossible to ensure a proper dispersing process and the machine may be overloaded. The dilution liquid is put into a whirling motion by the plough blade
