Unit 8 When is your birthday? Section A(1a-2d)教学内容分析本课以询问和谈论日期为主题，围绕这一主题进行一系列的交际活动，将12个月份的名称、序数词的学习融入到一系列的小任务中，学生通过谈论生日以及了解中国的重要节日来完成一个最终的目标，使学生掌握日期的表达法，正确使用when和how引导的询问时间和年龄的特殊疑问句。1a-2d部分以听说为主。关于序数词学生主要掌握1st-31st的读音和词缀的变化。学情分析学生在小学阶段已经学习了月份的表达，听说应该不成问题。第七单元里学生已经学过了基数词，在本课的教学中，教师主要引导学生注意两者读法的区别和序数词词缀的变化。结合课程的安排，大量的口头操练和少量的笔头操练是必不可少的。教学目标知识目标： 1、能够掌握12个月份的正确表达和1st31st的读音与词缀的变化。2、正确使用 when 和how引导的特殊疑问句询问日期或年龄，运用所学语言进行口语交际。3、在语言交际中掌握介词on/in的使用。 情感态度目标： 培养学生积极主动的学习心理状态，通过两人对话、小组活动、查询一些名人的生日等一系列活动，培养学生的交际能力和学习主动性。通过谈论父母的生日对学生进行感恩教育，孝敬父母。文化意识目标: 谈论国内外各节日的日期的同时，让学生对西方国家的节日有所了解。教学重难点本课的教学重点是月份和日期的表达法。日期表达中序数词的使用，尤其是序数词和基数词的写法和读法的区别是本课的难点。教学过程教学步骤教师活动学生活动设计意图Step 1.Lead-in1.Play a song.
