According to the requirements of the Fire Services Act, so that everyone has of keeping fire control safety, protecting fire control facilities, fire prevention, reports of fire厦门三联达建设机械有限公司施工组织设计（施工升降机安拆方案）报审表工程名称海晟国际大厦施工单位福建省九龙建设集团有限公司编制单位现报海晟国际大厦施工升降机安拆方案请予以审查.主编人编制人工程项目部/专业分包施工单位(盖章)技术负责人总承包单位总承包单位审核意见:年 月 日总承包单位(盖章)审核人审批人审查单位监理审查意见:监理审查结论: 同意实施 修改后报 重新编制监理单位(盖章)专业监理工程师日期:总监理工程师日期:施工升降机安拆方案工程名称： 海晟国际大厦编制单位：厦门三联达建设机械有限公司编制日期： 2012年 10 月 18 日 海晟国际大厦施工升降机安拆施工方案一、 工程概况：1、本工程位于厦门市湖滨南路北侧，闽南大厦东侧，后埭溪路西侧。本工程由杭州中宇建筑设计有限公司和厦门市仁德振华建筑设计事务所合作设计，由厦门象屿工程咨询管理有限公司监理，福建省九龙建设集团有限公司施工。现需安装 壹 台广州市京龙工程机械有限公司生产的SCD200/200G型施工升降机。2、结构设计概况海晟国际大厦为地下3层，地上24层框架剪力墙结构办公楼，地下室建筑面积24029M2,地上建筑面积为35997M2，地下室顶板标高-1.2001.4m。上部楼层层高：底层5.7M，二层和三层均为4.4m，四至二十三层为3.9m，24层4.85m，总高97.3m。电梯安装高度为105m。二、编制依据1、依据 SCD200/200G型电梯使用说明书编制2、福建省建筑施工安全管理资料编写指南3、建筑机械使用安全技术规程（JGJ33-2001）4、施工电梯安全技术规则（JB10055）5、建筑施工起重机械安全检测规程（DBJ13-67-2005）三、装拆前的准备（一）准备工作：1、 场地清理，扫除场内道路上的障碍物，保证具备应有的作业空间，作业区域上空（有无）高压电线电缆（如有高压电线、电缆，现场应作保护）。2、 组织装拆作业队伍，工作时必须进行安全任务书技术交底。3、 所有作业人员必须戴好安全帽，高空作业人员要系好安全带，对索具、起重机具、手拉葫芦、专用扳手及其他辅助工具认真检查，不合格一概不准使用。4、对升降机装拆的基础部位和附墙装置，根据升降机装拆规程进行验收。在升降机安装前，应对整机进行维修、保养，确保安装后的设备正常使用，安全运行。（二）人员配备：现场负责人：陈伟 安全员：贺照动拆装工： 杨连钦 何明果 罗会德 杨勇 四、装拆实施要求1、 阅读、熟悉升降机使用说明书，整个装拆过程要严格按照上述型号的升降机装拆规定进行。2、 待装拆的升降机应作到性能完好，金属结构部分无疲劳损伤，无焊缝开裂脱焊，无严重锈蚀。对钢丝绳、滑轮组、电气设备、安全保险机构等，装拆前均应认真检查，发现问题必须马上整改。3、 组装区设置警戒线，有明显标志，并有专人监护。4、 安装顺序：基础准备附墙预埋件底架防护围栏安装标准节等导轨安装吊笼安装头架、对重块的安装电气安装、调整整机的安装、测试。5、 拆卸顺序：头架、对重装置的拆卸标准节拆卸防护围栏拆卸底架、基础节拆卸。6、 按施工要求和操作规定降节到指定工作高度。7、 按规定和施工要求拆卸附墙壁架。8、 应认真检查，发现总题及时整改。9、 拆卸之后及时作好转移使用或入库等运输工作。五、升降机的安装（一）、外笼与吊笼的安装1、将基础表面清扫干净；2、将地脚螺栓安装好；3、在地脚螺栓处底盘和基础间垫入不同厚度的钢板垫片用以调整导轨 的垂直度；2、 用水平仪测量导轨架的垂直度，保证导轨架的各个主管在两个方向 上的垂直度（1/1500）；3、 导轨架调整垂直后，压紧4个地脚螺栓；4、 同上回一样调整外笼门框垂直度，压紧其余的地脚螺栓；5、 安装缓冲弹簧；6、 将另一半部分的外笼与前半部分用螺栓连接起来；7、 同前调整垂直度压紧地脚螺栓，松开吊笼内电动机上的制动器。8、 用起重机吊起吊笼，从标准节上方使吊笼准确就位；9、 将制动器复位；10、 安装好吊笼顶上的护身栏杆。（二）、吊笼、外笼安装完毕后调整1、 齿轮与齿条的啮合间隙为0.5MM；2、 各个滚轮与标准节主管的间隙为0.5MM；（三）电缆安装现场供电箱距离升降机电源箱应在20M以内，保证供电质量；1、 将供电电缆从升降机上的电源箱内总电源开关接入现场供电箱；2、 将电缆以自由状态盘入电缆沟；3、 电缆线一端从电缆笼底部引出接入电源箱，另一端通过电缆托架引到吊笼内接入电控箱；4、 电缆笼安装在电缆托架下方，使电缆线在其中心并可自由的拽出或盘入电缆笼内；（四）电气装置检查在调试前，先用起重设备安装一、二节标准节，然后按如下步骤进行调试；1、 用接地电阻测试仪测量升降机钢结构及电气设备金属外壳的接地电阻不得大于4欧姆；2、 用500V兆欧表测电动机及电气元件的对地电阻不少于1兆欧；3、 检查各安装控制开关，分别打开吊笼上各个门，触动断绳保护开关，上下限位开关，极限开关等均应能够起作用；4、 校核电动机界限，吊笼上、下运行方向应与操纵盒上所示的方向一致；5、 吊杆安装：吊杆应安装在吊笼顶部吊杆安装孔内，在吊笼内安装向心轴承，安装压垫并用螺栓固定。（五）导轨架的安装1、 将标准节两端管子接头处及齿条销子处擦干净，并加少量润滑油，在地上将4节标准节连成一组，然后吊上导轨架对准下面标准节主管和齿条上的销孔，用螺栓固定。2、 随着导轨架的不断提高，应同时安装附墙架，并检查导轨架安装垂直度，允许偏差：100米高度小于35MM。（六）附墙架安装 由于施工电梯的附墙方式为直接附墙，按厂家说明书要求，每隔7.8米（最大加固附墙间距不超过10.5米）必须加设一道附墙，其附墙架作用于建筑物上力F的计算公式为F= （L60）（B2.05）公式中L为施工电梯导轨架中心点至建筑物的距离，B为附墙架型号，那么本次安装附墙架的型号属于II型（详方案后的图示），根据说明书中图示的提供数据，本次安装取B=1430mm，L=3000 mm，那么F=（300060）（14302.05）=61.4KN，满足附墙架固定在梁式板上的强度要求（提示：砼浇灌后的附墙安装、升节工作，由施工单位根据砼的强度而安排时间）。（七）配重安装带配重型的升降机在正常运行时，必须安装对重块。1、 用起重装置将配重块放入配重滑轨；2、 检查配重导轨向轮与滑道的间隙（0.5MM）,确保每个转轮的灵活。（八）天轮和钢丝绳的安装当导轨安装到要求的高度后，带对重的升降机要将天轮安装好，并用钢丝绳悬挂好对重。1、 将天轮、绳轮、钢丝绳及绳具吊到吊笼顶部并备好螺栓等。2、 将钢丝绳架用M830螺栓固定在吊笼上。3、 将吊笼升至距导轨架顶端500MM处，用吊杆将天轮安装到导轨架顶部，用M24螺栓固定。4、 安装绳轮。5、 将钢丝绳穿过绳轮和天轮放至地面的配重上，并用四个绳夹定在配重上。6、 将钢丝绳的另一端用四个绳夹固定在绳轮上。（九）限位开关及极限开关碰铁的安装1、 下限碰铁的位置，应在吊笼满载下行时自动停止在碰到缓冲弹簧 100-200MM处。2、 下限碰铁应安装在吊笼在碰到缓冲弹簧之前制动。3、 上限碰铁安装在吊笼超过上终端平台150MM处。4、 上限碰铁调整到使吊笼制动停止在上终端平台位置。5、 确保上下限位开关距限位碰铁的距离。6、 必须保证极限开关触柄与上下极限碰铁的距离在极限开关断开位置时，其触柄距碰铁0.2-2MM范围内。7、 坚固所有碰铁上的螺栓，确保碰铁不移动。六、安全要求1、 安装现场应清理干净，并用标志杆等围起来，禁止非工作人员入内。2、 防止安装地点上方掉落物体。3、 升降机运行时，人员的手、头绝对不可露出安全栏。4、 如果有人在导轨架上工作时，不允许开动升降机。5、 安装作业人员应按高处作业的安全要求，包括必须戴安全帽、系安全带、穿防滑鞋等。6、 操纵升降机，必须将操纵盒拿到吊笼顶部，不允许在吊笼内操纵。7、 吊笼启动前，必须按升降机额定安装载重量装置，不允许超载运行。8、 雷雨天，雪天或风速超过10M/S的天气，不能进行安装作业。9 、 电梯的安装和拆卸，必须在专业人员的统一指挥下按照规定的程序进行，安装后，经企业技术负责人会同有关部门对基础和附墙支座及电梯架设安装的质量、精度进行全面检查、试动转，经签证后方可投入使用。 电梯安装平面图 编制本施工方案时，分析了本工程的工程特点，地质条件和设计要求，结合我公司其它工地施工经验及教训，本着创一流的质量Electricity lines, equipment inspections, found hidden in time for rectification, maintenance, and security. 9, do not use an open flame in the classroom, prohibit burning stove, lit candles, mosquito repellent, no smoking, and banning messy wiring.
