Unit6 Ill make a beautiful card教学目标 Teaching Aims: (一)语言目标1. 词汇:能听懂、会说、认读有关母亲节的词汇Mothers Day card, restaurant, gift, rose, a box of chocolates.2. 句型:能用句型Ill do -表达母亲节的一些活动3. 语篇:能理解、读懂课文A部分。 (二)应用目标1. 简单了解母亲节的来历2. 能运用课文A部分的句型和B部分的词汇自由谈论母亲节的活动。3学情分析 学生学习有自信心,有较好的学习兴趣,能运用一些比较常用的单词和句子来表达简单的思想,乐于小组合作完成学习任务。但他们还需要扩大词汇量,需要加强对文本的理解,需要在丰富的语境下多进行自由交流。4重点难点 Important points :新 课 标 第 一 网1.能听懂、会说、认读有关母亲节的词汇和句型。2.能理解、读懂课文A部分的内容。 Difficult point :能运用文中的句型和词汇自由谈论母亲节的活动。 教学过程 第一学时 【导入】Warmingup 1. Greetings2. Free talk.(1)When is your birthday?-My birthday is in May. Its on the third of May.(2) Show the calendar and introduce Mothers Day.What day is it today? What date is the second Sunday in May? The second Sunday in May is Mothers Day.(3)Introduce the origin of Mothers Day. 【讲授】Presentation 1. T: Next Sunday is Mothers Day. What will you do for your mother, Peter? S1: Ill give her a gift on Mothers Day.
