Collect wineCollect wine as per guest orderwine label not tornWine is at correct temperature (18 20c)Bottle is clean4. Present wine to guest / hostPlace 1/4 folded lengthways service napkin in left palmStand wine bottle on napkinBring napkin up the back of wine bottleHold the bottle neck top with right hand, support base with left palmShow the wine label e.g. “Your Cabernet Sauvignon Robert Mondavi 1992, Sir/Madam.5. Place the winePlace wine on edge of tableEasy spot for you to open the wineNear the hostHang it over left arm6. Hold the bottle neckHold firmlyEnsure bottle stays firmly7. Cutting the foilPlace the knife about 0.5cm down the mouth of the bottleClockwiseRound the back of the mouthIn one full movementFirmly and do not turn the bottleDo not leave foil uncutPlace the foil in your pocket8. Clean the exposedWith service napkin, remove any trace of dirt, mould9. Open corkscrew and supportOpen corkscrew and support grip.
