Our Delta will standardize the incoming materials labels for a win-win situation.2.適用範圍(Scope of application)：本規範适用於台達公司所有倉儲之材料進料標籤標示管理。 These regulations are applicable to all of incoming materials labels 3.內容說明(Description)：3.1 現行進料標籤種類(Category of the present incoming materials labels)：說明(Description)：從上圖可以看出，現況供應商送貨外箱標籤標識雜亂無序，徒增無謂的人工與物料成本，對我方收料與辨識亦造成困擾，應可將上圖標簽整合為至多三張標籤（我司要求的二維標簽、品管的檢驗標簽及供應商標簽）並以條碼列印機方式打印，以改善成本與目視問題。We can understand form the picture above that the present labels are chaotic and difficult to recognize. This will not only take unnecessary efforts and material cost to manage but also will be a torment while proceeding incoming procedure. The labels must be combined to 3 labels at most（the requested 2D label, VQA inspection label and suppliers label）.In addition, all of labels should be printed by printer to improve the recognizability of labels and reduce the cost.3.2 進料標籤規范（Regulations for incoming materials labels）：3.2.1外箱標籤設計規範（不含出貨）Regulations for the design of big cartons label（not including shipping） 3.2.1.1尺寸規格(Dimension specification）：依包裝箱尺寸，將現有 BARCODE 標籤設計整合成下列三種規格（According to the dimension of carton, we can classify the barcode label into 3 categories）:A : 80*30 mm ； B: 120*40 mm ； C: 130*130 mm 台達電子工業股份有限公司 Delta Electronics, INC. Material: Surface layer: Copperplate paper, Thickness: 0.025mm(REF.)B. 背膠：丙烯酸或等同品，厚度：0.025 mm(REF.)Back adhesive: crylic acid or something equated, Thickness: 0.025mm(REF.)C. 顏色：底色為白色，描述部分字體為黑體，字體大小只要能肉眼分辨出來即可Color: Background: White. D. 條碼標簽尺寸：供應商可依實際狀況自行調整The size of barcode label can be adjusted according to the actual situation of suppliers.必須符合台達檢驗規範：10000-0085，10000-0162，10000-0131Must meet Delta inspection spec: 10000-0085，10000-0162，10000-0131 E. BARCODE條碼格式： 2D，即二維條碼，不接受一維條碼，二維條碼的類型要求為DATA MATRIX。The format of barcode label is 2D whose type is DATA MATRIX , however 1D can not be accepted.F. 字母“A”處填寫台達廠別備注：如台達桃園一廠就應該填寫“AMD1” (馬達材料AMD2) ，即台達採購所下訂單中的Plant，內包裝上的條碼此欄位為空即可The field of letter A is provided to specify Delta plant .For example, input AMD1 to stand for Delta Taoyuan Plant I (AMD2 for materials of AC Servo Motor ), just like the Plant code in the PO. It can also be accepted as blank here for barcode labels placed on in-box.G. 字母“B”處填寫供應商原廠代碼，即採購所下訂單中的vendorThe field of letter B is provided to specify supplier code just like the vendor code in the PO.H. 字母“C”處填寫台達料號The field of letter C is provided to specify Delta part number. I. 字母“D”處填寫每箱數量或每袋數量等，數量後面需帶單位，如：1,650PCS。The field of letter D is provided to specify the quantity of each carton or each bag etc. Unit must be also shown after the qty. Such as: 1,650PCS.J. 字母“E”處填寫供應商生產該料號的生產周期(如：1035 或100830)或生產周期+生產批號。The field of letter E is provided to specify the cycle of production or serial no. of production. Such as: 1035 or 100830.K. 字母”F”保存期限：材料的保質期限，以台達物料承認書的規格填寫。 The field of letter F is provided to specify the warranty period of each material, which shall be in accordance with Delta Approved specification.L. 字母”G”廠商需求欄位 : 考慮到供應商需求，進料標籤留出部分空間方便供應商利用。The field of letter G is provided for suppliers particular marking.M. ROHS/SAFTY PARTS : 環保標示環保材料需加列印此標識，非環保材料則保留空白不列印。ROHS marking is required for those materials which are complied with ROHS standard. Part No:2804403101 (最長為18碼）備注：台達料號Part No:2804403101 ( length no more than 18 bits) Notes: Delta part number.B. Qty:1065(最長為14碼，其中包括最長10位整數位，最長3位小數位，一個小數點) 備注：該包裝內的數量。該欄位不能含有千分號或者單位，即不可包括除小數點以外其它任何字符。如數量只有整數，則不需要另外加上小數點和小數位Qty:1065 (length no more than 14 bits, including no more than 10 bits of integer, no more than 3 bits of decimal and 1 bit of decimal point). D/C: 例如 “1035 ”或“100830”（最長為25碼,但前六碼格式必須為“YYWW ”或“YYMMDD”,其中“YYWW ” YY表示年份,WW表示週別, 後兩碼是空格,其ASCII值為32,“YYMMDD” YY表示年份,MM表示月份,DD表示日數）備注：Date Code, 即供應商生產該料號的生產周期(如：1035 或 100830)或生產周期+生產批號。該號碼必須能切實反映廠商內部生產日期，最小包裝內不可同時存在兩個D/CD/C: for example “1035 ” or “100830” (length no more than 25 bits. Leave the barcode labels placed on in-box as N/A.I. 條碼流水號： 20100805000001（14碼）備注：年月日+6碼流水號，內外包裝的條碼都遵循這個原則編寫條碼流水號，此號碼具有唯一性，即凡列印一張條碼就對應一個條碼流水號，不要求一定要連續。年月日為列印BARCODE的年月日，如2010年08月05日列印的第一張條碼，其條碼流水號為：20100805000001，2010年08月05日列印的第一張條碼，其條碼流水號為：20100805000001。Barcode serial no.:20100805000001 (14 bits) Notes: Be made up of year, month, day and 6 bits serial no. This rule needs to be complied with for both inner boxes and out boxes. Besides, every number can be generated once only, no duplicates allowed.
