The seminar mainly includes lectures on general introduction of China, Chinas force of Law Enforcement at Sea, Law Enforcement System and Mechanism of China Coast Guard, Chinas Maritime Law, Emergency Handling at Sea, Counterterrorism at Sea, Illegal Immigrants Countering at Sea, Public Security and Administration at Sea, Maritime Rescue, International Cooperation in Police Duties and other related lectures. Senior law-enforcement experts from concerning departments of Public Security Ministry of China, and professors and scholars of PSMPA will be invited to give the lectures. During the seminar, the participants will not only learn in class, but also have chances to see in the field tours which include visits to some Chinas Law Enforcement at Sea Agencies, 110 System of Coast Guards in Ningbo and Offshore Law Enforcement Drills.
