PROCEDUREIn order to identify the students level of satisfaction of the sports facilities in University of Malaya, the investigation adopted the following procedures:1. A questionnaire was designed for students, focusing on the following items: a.The sports facilities students have used b.Students attitude toward the followings: The time limit given for every use The convenience of the sports equipments available The condition of the sports equipments The appropriateness of the number of the sports equipments The cleanliness of the sports facilities The attitude of the staff The number of the dustbins/recycle bins The working time of the staff c.Students recommendations for further improvements of the sports facilities2. The questionnaires were distributed to randomly selected students.3. A group discussion was hold, focusing on findings/analysis of the questionnaire.RECOMMENDATIONS1. Maintenance must be frequently conducted to improve the storage area so that it can occupy more frozen products without any problem. It is important to maintain the confidence as portrayed by customers towards the frozen products. 2. Advice must be given to the Lamb Shack company to ensure that they package their products properly, or else stop purchasing from them because we will have to bear more damage and loss as well as the probability of losing customers. If they cannot comply with our terms and conditions, we have no other choice but to terminate their contract as one of the supplier for the frozen lambs. 3. More varieties of sports facilities Suitable place for fencing4. Long distance to go to the facilities Building gym in every residential college5. More clean sweep 6. Indoor swimming pool, Indoor badminton court7. More time to swim, less time limit gymnasium open till 12 midnight8. Improve the quality of sport equipment9.
