The sea was rocking them and while they was flowing around the droplight and furniture. They were dancing with the ocean. They enjoyed that moment. The music create delight mood. The instrumentation 1900 played is piano and it created free feeling by using leaps and stepwise notes. In addition, the composer also used different dynamics to change the mood. For example, the composer changed “mf” to “p” when the mood became light and peaceful and changed “p” to “ff” when the mood became more exciting and active. In addition, mood of this piece also reflect from the film because the scenes were changing to the sea when the music became active and light and changing back to the golden hall when the music became delight and peaceful. I put this piece into A and B sections. A section finished when Max Tooney caught up with the piano. B section was repeating till they finished their trip in golden hall. Section A is peaceful and slower than section B. it also had a gap at the end of it, this gap connected with film well because the gap looked like the music waited for Max Tooney to catch up with the piano and then the music entered section B. section B became active and free. The music was quick and stepwise when the sea rocked and howled. The music created free feeling and they also flowed around the droplight and furniture. The music also created interesting and exciting mood while they entering the hallway of the ship. The music had strong connection with the film also because of the instrumentation. This film talked about 1900 and experience, he enjoyed playing piano and instrumentation showed the feeling appropriate. 2. “The legend of 1900” Max Tooney drunk 2 minutes 40 seconds. This part is talking about Max Tooney drunk and got lost. He walked around the hallway and met 1900. Max Tooney followed 1900 to go to the golden hall. This part of music is funny and interesting because the film used this music to show how interesting Max Tooney was when he drunk. In addition, this part of music also included talking and the music would stop when they had talking, this can let watcher hear their conversation. The music had different sections when Max Tooney walked from other places to the hallway. The music was more complex because it sounded like add more instrumentation into it. The music created interesting and funny mood and the film showed how Max Tooney walked in the hallway and rocked because of the sea was rocking. The whole film was talking about 1900 and his music. The film was all about music and every part it used music to create appropriate mood to show peoples feeling and how they think about music. Bibliography1. Magic Waltz.
