Unit10 where did you go on vacation ?一、教学准备:1、教师:录音机和录音磁带,多媒体课件,搜集学生常见的与假期活动相关的图片。2、学生:列举假期 所从事的活动。二、教学目标:1、让学生学会表达自己在假期所进行的活动。2、使学生了解与假期相关的活动。3、学习本课知识点。词汇:New York City,camp,summer camp,museum.句型:Where did Tina go on vacation?She went to the mountains.4、训练学生在听录音时听懂简单英语句型的能力。5、让学生了解世界上一些国家的假期活动。三、教学重点、难点【difficulties and focus】1、To learn to use the past verb forms to describe past events2 、To use the simple past tense to ask and answer about where a person went on vacation .what he did and how he felt about the weather and the people.3、To learn the structure of the general question ,“Yes”or“NO responses4、To learn and use the new words and phrases such us all day ,have fun,kind of ,be lost ,decide to do something ,go on vacation,stay at home .5、To learn to write English diaries after learning this unit .try to get used to writing diaries in English.四、教学步骤1、过程与方法【processes and methods】In the course of teaching and learning some photos and pictures of interesting places can be prepared well. Imitating is a good way to learn English for students. Because the topic of this unit is quite familiar to students .getting the students to talk about their holidays and vacations wont be a difficulty .though there may be some problems in using the correct past verb forms role playing and using contest are effective learning strategies. 2、情感、态度与价值观【emotion ,attitudes and value】Everyone has his or her past .the purpose of talking about the past is used to serve the present and future .let others share what the students did and how they felt no matter whether the things were interesting or boring .encourage the students not to be afraid of making any language mistakes .the most important thing is using when learning English.教学互动设计【Teaching and studying design of mutual actions】SectionA一、 创设情景,导入新课【Creat plots and scenes to guide the new lesson】Tell the students that you went somewhere on vacation .let them guess while guessing .let the students ask you questions.A:Where did you go on vacation ?Did you stay at home ?B:Yes,I did.A:Where did xin hua go on vacation ?B:She went to the mountains.A:What did she do there?B:She climbed a mountain.
