1615 3210 4012 4212 5014 9025 10028 锥形衬套安装说明 锥形衬套安装说明 Taper Bush Installation Instruction 安装与拆卸说明 安装 1 用清洗剂除去锥套内孔和外表面及皮带轮装配孔 内保护层及油污 然后将锥套装进皮带轮装配孔内 使锥套上的半光孔与轮毂上的半螺孔相吻合 2 先将平行键装入清洁的旋转轴的键槽内 保证键与 键槽两侧面过渡配合 上顶面留有一定的装配间隙 3 把螺钉交替拧入如图所示的皮带轮的螺孔内 其松 紧程度直到符合下表要求的力矩为止 4 皮带轮正常工作连转一段时间后 应停机检查螺钉 的松紧程度 5 为防尘 应把孔和螺钉的扳手插孔塞满黄油 拆卸 1 旋转所有螺钉 根据图中所示的拆卸孔的数量取下 一个或两个螺钉 然后将螺钉拧入拆卸孔中 2 拧紧拆卸孔螺钉 直到皮带轮上的锥套松动 且可 在轴上自由移动为止 3 把锥套从轴上取下来 Installation and Dismantling Instruction To Install 1 Rem ove the pr otective coa ting fro m the bore and outside of bush and bore of hub Use an oil free cleaning liquid After ensuring that the mating tapered surfaces are completely c lean a nd free from oil or dirt Insert the bush in hub so that threaded holes in hub line up with non threaded holes in bush 2 If a key is to be fitted place it in the shaft keyway before fitting the bush It i s essential that it is a parallel key and side fitting only and has TOP CLEARANCE 3 Place screws loosely in holes threaded in hub shown in the following diagram Tighten screws gradually and alternately until required torque shown in the following table 4 After drive has b een running under load for a s hort time stop the drive and check the tightness of screws 5 Fill empty holes and sockets of screws with grease to exclude dirt To Remove 1 Release all screws by several turns remove one or two according to the number of extraction holes shown in the following diagram Insert screws in extraction holes 2 Tighten screws alternatively until bush is loose in hub and the assembly is free on the shaft 3 Remove assembly from flange is toward the close end 装配 Fittin g 将 QD 套放至连接件轮毂内 并使 QD 套螺孔对准轮毂的光孔 并将螺栓轻轻拧入 然后一同装到 轴上 达到预定位置后 将螺栓交替逐步拧紧 直至达到表中规定的螺钉扭矩 Place QD bush in the product and insert cap screws through drilled holes in product hub Tighten cap screws finger tight into threaded holes in bush flange Slip loosely assembled unit into desired position on shaft Tighten each cap screw alternately and evenly to specified wrench torque 拆卸 Remove 将螺栓拆下 并拧入轮毂螺孔内 并加力使 QD 套和轮毂分离 Remove cap screws and place them in holes threaded in bush flange As they are drawn up they will act as jack screws against the product hub to
