扬中市第二实验小学英语6B第一单元教案Unit 1 Who is younger? 第一教时一教学内容:Part A二教学目标:1.让学生初步掌握理解句型,并能在交际中口头运用比较级句型2.学生学会掌握四会单词tall,taller ,old ,older,young ,younger, go for a walk.3.学会掌握三会单词和词组twin,the only child, have a chat.4.让学生能听懂会说句型Are you as tall as your .Su Yangs twenty minutes faster than me .Who is younger, you or Su Yang ?三教学重、难点:能正确理解、掌握四会单词并能听懂会说句型:Are you as tall as your ?Su Yangs twenty minutes younger than me .Who is younger, you or Su Yang ?四课前准备:1.准备录音机和本课A部分的磁带。2.准备A部分的图片。五教学过程:Step1 Warming up T: Welcome back to school,boys and girls. What day is it today ? S: Its . T: What date is it today ? S: Its. T:Yes,Its the first day of the new term.Lets talk about our life in winter holiday.What did you do in winter holiday ? What did you do at Spring Festival?Step 2 Presentation and drill1. Beforw listening Activity 1:复备人: T:You had a good time in winter holiday and you ate much nice food. I found some of you are getting taller. XXX ,would you please Stand up ? S:Yes.T:Oh,dear! You are taller than me.But I am taller than her. (tall , taller , than )T: Look, XXX is shorter than me. ( short,shorter )Activity 2: T: How old are you ? S: Im thirteen years old. T: And you ? S: Im twelve. T: So you are younger than her . T: Hi,XX and XXX. Would you please stand up ? S: Yes. T: Who is taller, XX or XXX ?2. While reading (1)Learn the foreword T: This was the last day of the vacation.Su Hai wanted to have a walk. Look, she met Ben. Who is with Ben? Oh,he is Bens cousin Jack.He is younger than Ben and he is shorter.Su Hai was very glad to see them. What did they talk about ? Lets listen. Activity 1 : T introduces the picture and learns the foreword. Activity 2 : T asks Ss to preview the foreword and try to retell it in class Activity 3 : T asks Ss to listen and answer the questions. (2) Learn the text T: Boys and girls,lets read the exercise carefully . Then ask Ss to listen to the tape and do the exercise.
