Manager:_Checked by DCC / Date: 文控審核/日期:Effective date Expiry date 文件生效日期：_ 文件失效日期：_1.0 目的Purpose: 对所有外来生产用物料和外包商提供的产品进行来料检验，确保来料品质符合要求，及时发现来料不良问题，防止不良品流入。Checking all incoming material including sub-contractor provide products to ensure the quality meet requirement and nonconformity is found in time so as to prevent released nonconforming incoming material.2.0 范围Scope:本公司所有生产用来料(除制模来料及免检产品)，包括客户提供物料和外包商提供的产品。 All incoming materials (Expect some material for mold making and ship-to-stock material), including customer-supplied material and sub-contactor supplied products.3.0 定义 Definition: N/A3.1 RMT: 物料进仓单的英文简写。 RMT is the short form of Receiving Move Ticket.3.2 MRB 仓库：指仓库中指定的摆放不良品的区域/位置。MRB Store means the rejected area assigned by store. 4.0 职责 Responsibility: 4.0 IQC负责物料的检验与测试。IQC is responsible for the inspection and test of all in-coming material and parts.4.1 采购部负责将来料之不合格情况通报供应商或分包商并办理不合格物料的退货。Purchasing is responsible for informing non-conforming material to vendors / sub-contractors.5.0 程序Procedure:5.1 作来料检验的物料，需登记于IQC来料检查清单IIQC001中。Incoming inspection material need list in IIQC0015.2 检验Inspection:5.2.1 货仓收到来料时，需首先核对有无P.O，无P.O之来料一律不能入仓，IQC也不作来料检验(不需求本公司发出“Purchase.order”的客供物料除外)，然后核对名称、规格、数量，如有不符，需将来料退回或在送货单上注明，并双方签字确认。如核对无误，货仓文员打印出RMT单交IQC作来料检验(包材、油墨类可手写RMT单交IQC)。 When warehouse receipt incoming material , checking P.O while No P.O material would been Rejected receipting and IQC checking(Except customer-supplied material of no requiring FP to release “Purchase Order” ), and then checking name, description, quantity, which not meet requirements , returning incoming material and noted state in the Delivering Goods Sheet signed by both representatives is necessary. If meet all requirements, clerk of Warehouse type RMT sheet and submit it to IQC for incoming inspection(For packing material, printing ink, manuscript RMT submitted to IQC is acceptable )5.2.2 IQC确认此物料供应商是否已列入批准供应商之清单，如无，通知采购部并将RMT单退回货仓，特别紧急物料以紧急放行处理，并且IQC将不得接受同一物料连续三批以上的紧急放行 (备注：客供物料除外) 。IQC confirm if the supplier of incoming material have been listed in AVL(Approved vender list) ,If no, inform Purchasing Dept. and return RMT to warehouse .For urgent incoming material ,IQC dispose it according to urgently releasing method ,meanwhile ,the same incoming material, which have been urgently released for continuous 3 lots, cant be accepted by IQC(Note: not include customer provided material). 5.2.3 对于塑胶原料，IQC依据塑胶来料检验指引SIQC001进行来料检验。To plastic raw material, IQC carry out incoming inspection in accordance with SIQC001.5.2.4 对于喷油油墨，IQC依据油墨来料检验指导书IQC006进行来料检验。To printing ink, IQC carry out incoming inspection in accordance with IQC006.5.2.5 对于烫金纸，IQC依据烫金纸来料检验指引IQC008进行来料检验。To hot stamping paper, IQC carry out incoming inspection in accordance with IQC008.5.2.6 对于包装材料，IQC依据包材来料检验指引SPK003进行来料检验。To packing material , IQC carry out incoming inspection in accordance with SPK0035.2.7 对于其它来料，IQC科制定相对应之来料检查指导票(针对外包装检验，IQC每批来料抽检5箱，如有一箱不符，则判定整批不合格)。并依据其作来料检验。To others incoming material ,IQC section prepare relevant Incoming Inspection Instruction which IQC base on to carry out incoming inspection（For packaging inspection, sampling check 5 box per lot， ）.5.2.8 针对所有化学品，必须检查A、 外包装上是否依化学品安全标签编写规定标明化学品名称，或分子式，主要化学成分及组成，化学品编码（若有），安全标志，危险警示标语，危险性概述，安全措施，灭火措施，生产日期，保质期限或有效期截止日期，提示向生产销售企业索取安全技术说明字样，生产企业名称、地址、邮编、电话/应急咨询电话。下图是一个化学品安全标签样板（用于贴于化学品容器上）供参考用。B、 （上图摘录于化学品安全标签编写规定GB15258-1999）C、 否有标识制造/生产日期及保存期限，及RoHS符合标识,及是否有有有效的MSDS。For all chemicals, IQC must check whether manufacture date, shelf life and RoHS identifier are indicated, and whether MSDS is valid.5.2.9 以上所有来料检验将同时依据品质检查标准SQC002以及来自客户的特别要求。 Carrying out above all incoming inspection ,and moreover, in compliance with SQC002 and special requirements from customer5.2.10 所有Receiving Move Ticket需IQC组长以上人员签字确认检验结果后交货仓。All signed and confirmed inspection results by IQC leader upwards personnel shall be submitted to warehouse.5.2.11 货仓文员根据RMT检验结果输入电脑系统，合格物料进入生产仓库，不良来料进入MRB 仓库待处理。RMT单同时由货仓分发至采购、PMC、一联由采购部在月结时转送财务。Clerk of Warehouse based on RMT inspection results to type into computer system. Storing acceptable material in production storage and nonconforming material in MRB storage for pending disposition. RMT sheet is copied to Purchasing, and PMC by Warehouse and one of its copy is transferred to Finance by Purchasing dept. every end of the month. 5.2.12 对于IQC检验发现的不良物料，将发行不合格品报告QF-QC-005 ，按FQP-NCP03 物料评估程序和 FQP-NCP01不合格品管制进行处理。 To nonconforming material found by IQC inspection, releasing QF-QC-005 or QF-QC-002 and disposing it in accordance with FQP-NCP03 and .5.2.13 通常情况下，来料需在以下要求的时间内完成检验工作。Usually incoming inspection is completed within the following specified time after received RMT: 5.2.14 装配来料：接RMT后，2个工作日； Assembly incoming material is completed inspection within 2 working days; 5.2.15 油墨烫金纸等副料：3个工作日; Sub-material , painting ink and hot stamping paper etc. is completed inspection within 3 working days;5.2.16 塑胶来料：接RMT后，正常情况下，3个工作日内生产部啤出色牌，IQC接色牌后1至2个工作日完成；对于无需测色原料，IQC接RMT后，2个工作日内完成; For plastic incoming material , Normally, Production mold color chip within 3 working days and IQC complete inspection within 1 to 2 working days after received the color chip ;For plastic incoming material which not need check color, IQC complete inspection within 2 working days; 5.2.17 其它来料：接RMT后，2个工作日.Others incoming material is completed inspection within 2 working days. 5.2.18 塑胶原料检验记录于QF-QC-027 塑胶原料检验报告书中，油墨检验记录于QF-QC-039油墨检验报告书中。其余来料检验 记录于QF-QC-036来料检查报告书中。 Recording inspection data of plastic raw material in QF-QC-027, printing ink inQF-QC-039, and others incoming material in QF-QC-036.5.2.19 IQC根据检验报告，每月做成 QF-QC-036来料检验月报表 ，E-mail QA经理、 物料经 理、采购经理和各PM。IQC based on inspection report to prepare QF-QC-036 which e-mail to QA manager, Material manager, Purchasing manager and respective program management team.5.2.20 对于客户提供物料，如果IQC检验半年以上未发生过品质问题，经项目经理、品质部经理、生产部经理批准后，可向IQC申请该物料进行免检。IQC将该物料纳入免检物料清单中。但IQC可对免检部品随机检查，如发现品质异常，可随时取消该物料免检资格。For the materials provided by customers, if no incoming failures are found by IQC for more than consecutive 6 months, with Program Manager and Quality Manager and Production Manager approval, in-coming inspection will not be needed. And IQC will update . But IQC inspectors have the authorization to do inspection for these materials, if any nonconformance is found in inspection free period; In-coming free of inspection will be canceled. 5.3 免检&紧急放行Concession& Urgently releasing5.3.1 对于生产急需而来不及检验或工程打样无样板的来料，相关部门需填写来料免检&紧急放行申请表QF-QC-043 一 式4份交IQC确认，并标明放行根源。Incoming material of urgent need &engineer building ME&QE and having no enough time for incoming inspection, related dept. need fill in QF-QC-043(total 4 sheets) submitted to IQC for confirmation and identifying root cause5.3.2 货仓需在申请书上确认实收来料数量，对应批次号以及RMT号。Warehouse confirm on the application report about receipted Incoming material quantity, relevant batch no. and RMT no. 。5.3.3 IQC根据实际情况以及放行来料是否符合以下条件决定是否放行。Based on actual state and whether the requested material meets the following condition. IQC shall determine to release it or not.5.3.3.1 第一次来料或工程打样使用First incoming material & Engineer Building5.3.3.2 生产紧急，接单后没有2个工作日供IQC检查。Urgent need by production and less than 2 working days for IQC inspection after received RMT5.3.3.3 此来料品质稳定，先前未发生严重品质问题。This kind of incoming material quality is steady and no serious quality problem before5.3.3.4 如以上条件不符合，生产仍需紧急放行，IQC则必须提供情况说明并得品质部高级主管级或以上人员确认。If not meeting above condition and production still need urgently releasing, problem description and approved by Quality senior supervisor or upwards are necessary. 5.3.4 IQC将及时对免检&紧急来料进行跟進生產中品質情況。如发现质量问题，应即时通知生产部门停止使用紧急放行物料。IQC is to inspect immediately concession & urgently incoming materials which have not been released and follows up. If nonconformity is found, noting in time production dept. to stop use concession &urgently releasing incoming material.5.3.5 来料免检&紧急放行申请表QFQC-043正本存IQC科，同时申请部门分发至相应货仓科、申请部门自留与IPQC科。QF-QC-043 is preserved by IQC section while copy to warehouse section ,application dept. and QC section5.3.6 免检&紧急放行物料，IQC需临时制作标贴注明：物料名称、编号、数量以及显眼的“试用”字样， 并由IQC负责人于标贴上加签。For concession & urgently releasing material, IQC need make temporary identification which is noted: description, number, quantity and obvious “trial using” and signed by IQC Head.5.3.7 试用过程中，IPQC需对其进行跟进，一旦发现来料不良应立即停止生产，并及时通知IQC对来料进行处理。IPQC needs following-up material trial using .Stopping production and notifying in time IQC to dispose as soon as nonconformity is found. 5.4 检验状态标识控制identification of inspection status5.4.1 IQC检验合格的塑胶原料需贴上“FP IQC PASSED” 标贴，不合格贴上“FP IQC REJECTED”标贴，标贴上需注明：原料名称，原料批次，原料包数，检验员，检验日期，检验结果。IQC stick “FP IQC PASSED” label on acceptable plastic raw material and “FP IQC REJECTED” label on nonconforming product.
