Ss can understand the sentences: “Do you like?” and the answers: “Yes,I do” or “No,I dont”3. Understand the sentences: “Draw aan ”, “color it ”.4. Ss will enjoy the class and love speaking English. Teaching content: 1. Words: apple, pears, orange, banana, watermelon.2. Sentences: Do you like ? Yes, I do. No, I dont. The key points:“Three Skills” words:pear,peach,orange, watermelon . The difficult Points:1. The pronunciations of“peach”,“orange”2. Some simple knowledge about plural forms of the nouns. Teaching aids:Some pictures of fruits, some word-cards, some fruits, some pieces of paper, questionnaire. Period: 1st. Teaching step:1Warm-up: (1) Sing a song: Whos wearing yellow today?(2) Greeting. (3) Review:T: What a nice day! Today Im wearing a red (the other colors also) T-shirt! Its nice, right? And I like this red T-shirt (Make Ss follow)! So you can ask me: Do you like red?Ss: Do you like red? (Make Ss to ask.)T: Yes. (Nod the head.)(Ask.) Whos wearing yellow (the other colors also) today? (Find out some one who is wearing yellow. Go to him or she, talk with him or she.)T: What a beautiful clothes! You are wearing yellow today? And do you like yellow?S1: Yes, I do. (T leads S1 to answer yes.)(Lead Ss to understand the negative response: No, I dont.)2. Presentation:(1) Guessing game:T: Today, there is a friend come here. And its wearing yellow too. Explain: If there are more than one pears, we should say “pears”. T: So there is there pears here, and who do better in the class, I will give it him or she! So boys and girls, do you like pears? (Yes, I do.) Work hard! You will get it!(2) Presentation the other new words like that:Peach-orange-watermelon.(3) Make Ss to pay attention to the pronunciations of“peach”,“orange”3. Practice:(1) Listen-follow-read together-read alone-read together-check some one(2) Game1: Go by train.Ask Ss to read the new words one by one in lines. The line will be the winner which has no one to make a mistake.(3) Game2: Find and say.Ask S1 to come to the front, and his eyes closed. Hide the word-cared in the classroom. Then let him open his eyes and go to find out the word-card. And at the same time make the other make Ss will try to help him like this way: “If S1 closes the word-card, you should read the word which word he is looking for loudly. Color it peach.When Ss finish it, T asks some one to come to the front and show his drawing. S1: This is a pear. Its yellow. I like pears.(2) Ask some pairs to make a dialogue.S1: Do you like pears?S2: Yes, I do.S1: Here you are.S2: Thank you.Give a pear to the pair which have done better.(2) Do the activity book.(3) Questionnaire:Give Ss a demo, act the reporter, go to interview S1, and fill in the form:NameDo you like ?
