Ability objectives: Encourage students learn to ask and answer the questions.3. Today we are going to learn Unit4 Grammar focus. Before our new lesson, lets review first. Here are my demands, read aloud the conversations inP26 and P99,then share the sentences you like to us.S1: I studied until midnight last night so I didnt get enough sleep.S2: He should talk to his friend so that he can say hes sorry.Step 2 Grammar Focus. T: Here are my favorite conversations. Lets read together.Ss read aloud the sentences.T: Well done. Everybody pay attention to the words in red,Do you know the meaning of the words?Now please work in four, finish the tasks. You must tell us the meaning of the words and how to use it. Ill give 5mins.Step 3 Try to Find 一、提出建议 1.掌握提出问题的方法,Whats wrong? Whats the matter? with sb. Whats the problem/the trouble? 并能讨论所给出的建议。情态动词should, should等 should,shouldnt “(不)应该”,常用来提出请求和建议 could “可以”可也用来给出建议。表建议的句型: You should/could +v. Why dont you + v.? Why not + v.? Could you please + v.? Youd better (not) + v. Would you mind doing? What about/How about + n./doing? Exercise: 用所给单词的适当形式填空 1. We shouldnt_ (argue) with our parents.2. You shouldnt_ (use) the phone in the classroom.3.could I use your dictionary?well, you_.A. can B. could C. should D. might4.youd better_(go) to school by bike.5.How about_(go) hiking this afternoon?Step 4 Practice Work on 4a: 1.
