When it is no more than 0 point, you have to get training about the traffic rules or punishment. 一、扣1分的情况： A.-1 points1. 未携带行驶证、驾驶证；Not bring the vehicle license, drivers license;2. 驾驶未放置有效检验合格标志的机动车；驾驶未按规定放置保险标志的机动车；违反灯光使用、危险报警闪关灯使用规定。 Driving vehicle, which not be placed an effective inspection qualified logo of motor vehicle or compulsory insurance certification of motor vehicles; turn on lights or warning lights unlawfully.二、扣2分的情况： B.-2 points1. 驾驶机动车在高速公路或者城市快速路上行驶时不系安全带；通过有灯控路口时，不按行进方向驶入导向车道；Dont fasten safe belt when driving on the highway or urban expressway. Dont follow the guiding of traffic light. 2. 载客汽车载人超过核定人数未达到20%；Overloading, but less than 120% of the approved passenger quantity;3. 驾驶时拨打、接听电话的；Call or answer the call when driving;4. 遇到前方机动车排队或缓慢行驶时，借道超车或者占用对向车道、穿插等候车辆。 Overtaking, occupying the reverse-lane or traversing lanes when there is a waiting line or slow driving ahead.三、扣3分的情况： C.-3 points1. 驾驶机动车行经人行横道，不按规定减速、停车、避让行人；Dont slow down, stop or let the pedestrian go firstly when passing zebra crossing;2. 在高速公路匝道上超车；Overtaking on the freeway ramp;3. 未按照禁止标线指示行驶；Dont have a lane violation 4. 转弯的机动车未让直行的车辆、行人先行；The turning vehicles dont give way to the vehicles going straight or the pedestrian; 5. 相对方向行驶的右转弯机动车未让左转弯车辆先行；Opposite vehicles, the one turning right doesnt give way to turning left;6. 在高速或者城市快速路上不按规定道路行驶；Dont drive in the legal lane when driving on the highway or urban expressway7. 超过规定时速50%以下；Speeding, but less than 150% of posted maximum speed;8. 遇有执行紧急任务的特种车未按照规定让行；Dont give way to such vehicles as fire engines, ambulances, engineering emergency trucks and patrol wagons on emergency duties9. 城市道路中不按规定超车、逆向行驶。 Overtaking illegally on city roads.
