Project OverviewProject Name:Project time:Location:Project Area: Project Progress:Party B shall begin stand construction work at 13:00 on June 25, 2015;Party B shall complete the stand construction work on June 27, 2015;Party B shall be responsible for dismantling work after the show closing on June 30, 2015 .II. Cost of the project:The total construction cost of the contracted project (including tax): (RMB );Notes: 1, charged exhibition space (Raw) management fee will be paid by the Party B, and the total cost above shall contain such fee.2, the electric box application and usage fees will be paid by the Party B, and the total cost above shall contain such fees.III. The project funds and payment date:Party A within three working days from signing the contract date shall pay the 70% contracted total cost (RMB ) as advance payment. When Party A accept the finished booth constructed by Party B, Party A will pay for the remaining 30% balance (RMB ) to Party B be in cash or bank transfer. After Party B receiving the balance, the full invoice shall be delivered to the Party A.Party B has the right to refuse to start the construction before receiving the prepayment.IV. The liability of Party A and Party BParty As responsibilities:1) fully pay to Party B on schedule;2) to provide standard files including LOGO vector files, pictures, inkjet and other image files (for AI format, vector file or other available formats) within the specified time.3) assist the Party B related coordination. (Eg: raw space management fee, apply and pay the electric box etc.)4) when stand construction completed, Party A shall cooperate with Party B to check and accept it and any doubt should be noted on the spot, or it will be considered acceptable.5) from the booth setup to move-out, any damages of venues, space, facilities (such as electrical boxes, stadium floor, etc.) caused by Party A which shall take in charge of the compensation in accordance with the provisions of venues.6) shall go to the factory of Party B to check booth producing progress and quality.Party Bs responsibilities:1) party b is responsible for the preliminary design, factory production, the production of art (not including photo, prints and other graphic image design), material transportation, field construction, electrical installation and exhibition move-in;2) to ensure the safety of the construction, security problems in the process of construction, or any improper construction safety problems should be undertaken by party b;3) the booth maintenance and cleaning work during the show;4) to ensure the engineering quality and engineering construction progress, if construction delay caused by party b, the overtime expenses shall be borne by party b and construction will be subject to confirmed by the party as renderings. Renderings and quotation are attached.5) from the booth setup to move-out, any damages of venues, space, facilities (such as electrical boxes, stadium floor, etc.) caused by Party B which shall take in charge of the compensation in accordance with the provisions of venues.V. design changeDuring the period of construction, the design change will be processed in the following way:The written file of the change of original design should be send to Party B at least 15 days before booth settlement.Regarding the change, both parties should negotiate and carry on the construction plan by the written final design, otherwise party B shall have the right to refuse to change.As a result of the change, the added expenditure and the already cost according to the original design scheme shall be borne by party A.VI. Negotiation for increasing the workIf party A request to increase quantity of work during engineering construction, the two sides can negotiate and sign “project negotiation records”. After signed by both sides responsible persons of the engineering, party A needs to pay the increased cost to party B then the added work can be incorporated into this contract and constructed at the same time.VII. Problem solvingWhen there is a dispute between both parties, the specific project problems can be amicably settled through negotiation by both parties.
