SCOPE 范围a.This section of the Technical Provisions, together with the Contract Documents and the applicable design drawings, covers furnishing and installing new projected aluminum windows and accessories, as required by the drawings and specified herein.该部分技术规程、合同文件与施工图纸的有关内容，涵盖了铝合金滑轴窗及附件的制备及安装过程的要求。b.Work shall comply with OSHA requirements and local codes.施工还应符合职业安全健康机构及当地标准规范的要求。2.WORK NOT INCLUDED IN THIS SECTION 本部分不包括的内容a. See Section 18.预制金属构架建筑物的窗施工 见技术规程183.SHOP DRAWINGS 施工图纸a.Submit to the Owners Representative for approval one sepia and three prints of shop drawings for all work specified herein.本规程设计的施工内容，均应向业主代表提供1份描图及3份施工图。4.DESCRIPTION OF WINDOWS 铝合金窗相关要求a.Type and Manufacturer: Aluminum projected type, tubular vent section, double weatherstripped, designed for inside bead glazing; Series 510 by Efco Corporation, Series 210 T of Hopes Architectural Products Co., or other product meeting or exceeding ANSI/AAMA 302.9-1977, Type P-A3-HP, and requirements specified herein.类型与生产厂家的选择：铝合金、滑轴型，管状通风口，双层挡风雨条，内侧压条装配玻璃；Efco集团生产的510系列，Hopes Architectural Products 公司的210T系列或其他符合 ANSI/AAMA 302.9-1977，P-A3-HP型及本部分规程要求的产品。b.Materials: Principal window members shall be of aluminum alloy and temper 6063-T5, extruded within commercial tolerances and free of defects impairing strength or durability; screws; bolts and other parts,of aluminum or other material compatible with aluminum under normal service conditions, horizontal and vertical members of ventilators, except muntins, shall be tubular in section, and be flush with frame both inside and outside.材料：主窗体构件需为铝合金材质，6063-T5回火铝材，普通公差型材，无影响强度及耐用性的缺陷；螺钉、螺栓及其他零件可为铝合金材质，也可为与铝合金相当的材质。通风口除窗棂外的横、竖构件截面应为管状，同时与框架内外平齐。c.Minimum Dimensional Requirements: 最小尺寸要求Depth of frame and vents 框架及通风口深度2英寸Thickness of extrusions 与相邻建筑搭接的型材挤压厚度1/8 (.125)英寸Frame lap at adjacent construction:head and jamb 顶端及侧柱 5/8 英寸Sill 窗台侧 1/2英寸Height of glazing legs and beads 玻璃嵌槽及压条高度 3/4英寸d.Construction: 施工1) Ventilator corners shall be neatly mitered, reinforced with angles and filler arc welded. Frame corners shall be double mortised and tenoned and forged to provide hairline joinery. Muntins and meeting rails shall be tenoned through frame and securely riveted.通风口的各角应为斜接，角件加固同时电弧填充焊接。框架各角双榫接，细木工艺锻压。窗框横档榫接入窗框后可靠铆接。2) Continuous, double overlap of ventilator and frame shall be provided around entire perimeter. Provide continuous inside and outside vinyl plastic or wool pile weatherstrip held in grooves extruded in the members.沿窗体周长，应安装双层、连续的通风器及框架。窗组件挤压槽内外侧均应安装聚乙烯塑料或毛绒纤维风雨条。3) Each ventilator shall be balanced on two supporting arms equipped with nonmetallic shoes having adjustable friction compression springs, operating in channels at jambs.每一个通风器均应平置于两个带非金属护套的支臂上，非金属护套带有摩擦压力弹簧，可在窗侧柱压槽内动作。Channels shall be shaped to prevent escape of shoe, and shoes provided with sufficient friction to hold ventilators firmly at any opening within their limits.压槽形状应保证非金属护套在其内稳定动作不跳槽，护套应具有足够的摩擦力来保证通风器的稳定及开合。4) Provide vertical mullions, mullion covers, glazing clips and erection fittings as shown on drawings and as required.根据图纸要求及施工需求，安装竖窗棂、玻璃固定夹及其他安装配件。e.Performance: 性能要求Air infiltration 6.24 psf0.5 cfm/ft-max.气压为6.24磅/平方英尺时的空气流速 最大0.5英尺/分钟Water leakage 6.24 psfnone气压为6.24磅/平方英尺时的漏水量 无Uniform deflection 15 psf loadless than span/175气压为6.24磅/平方英尺时的均匀挠度变形量 小于1/175跨度Structural test pressure more than 80 psf结构测试压力 大于80 磅/平方英尺f.Hardware: Furnish standard solid white bronze hardware finished to match windows for ventilator sections which are not shown mechanically operated.硬件：装配式纯白青铜硬件与窗户的通风口搭配使用，非机械操作g.Screens: Required at all ventilator openings; fabricated from extruded .0625 inch tubular aluminum frame with welded corners, and 18 x 16 mesh .018 stainless steel wire cloth, arranged to permit replacement; Kane Mfg Corp No. 1040. Provide for operation of open -out ventilators. Provide adequate protection from damage during shipping and handling.最终安装：窗及铝合金零件应具有成品漆涂表面，中等哑光表面，0.7密尔孔隙或按图纸要求的阳极颜色，同时符合美国铝业协会标准AA-M10C22A41 或 AA-M10C22A42。运输及搬运过程中应采取足够的保护措施，防止损伤。5.MECHANICAL OPERATORS 施工用机械装置a.Provide chain operated, oil encased, rack and pinion type operators with curved arms, for continuous runs of windows where shown on drawings. Each vent shall have two arms. Operators shall be structurally and mechanically adequate to perform their function repetitively.施工用机械应为链条操纵、油润滑、齿轮齿条传动型的机械，该机械还应具有可弯曲及机械臂，实现窗的连续性安装工作。每个窗户通风口的安装均需2个机械臂。施工机械在机构及操控上应满足重复性运作需要。b.Nongalvanized metal surfaces of operators, except gears and similar working parts, shall be thoroughly cleaned and given one shop coat of rust inhibitive metal primer.施工机械的非镀锌表面零部件（齿轮等运转件除外），应具有出厂防锈底漆。6.INSTALLATION 安装a. Install windows plumb and true without distortion, and securely anchored to building construction as shown on approved shop drawings.平直的安装窗体，保持窗体安装过程中无变形，根据施工图纸要求对窗体进行锚定。b.Seal metal-to-metal contacts between windows, mullions and structural supports by using either of the following materials applied uniformly and neatly per manufacturers directions:对于窗户、窗棂及支撑结构间的金属件与金属件的接触处的密封处理，按照厂家要求选择以下两种材料之一，统一、整洁的密封处理：1) A polysulfide type sealant product, such as Pecora Synthacalk or DAP Flexiseal.聚硫化物密封产品，如Pecora Synthacalk或DAP Flexiseal2) Pecora Ext
