教学过程Step One : lead-in 1. Greeting 2.checking the homework (设计意图: 通过日常打招呼的方式进行师生间的问候,拉近师生之间的距离,彼此之间亲和力增强,增进感情,促进教学。此外检查作业,是学生对上节课所学知识的回馈和检测,有助于教师发现问题,解决问题,提高教学质量。)Step Two: Presentation 1. 介绍本节所学内容,学习新单词和短语 T:Today we are going to learn how to use “Could you please.?”to make polite requests and ask for permission.Now lets learn the new words and phrases of this period.(rubbish,take out the rubbish, fold ,fold the clothes, sweep, sweep the floor ) Ss: Repeat, Read together ,then remember them.(设计意图:介绍本节课内容,让学生对要学习的知识有大致了解;通过领读,重复和大声读让学生进一步熟悉新词,为下一步的教学做准备。) 2. 热身:尽可能多的列举和做家务有关的短语 do housework,do chores, do the dishes,make the/your bed, clean the room,sweep the floor,take out the rubbish, wash the clothes, fold the/your clothes,water the flowers,wash the car. Show some pictures about chores and describe them using the phrases Then read these phrases twice together. ( 设计意图:通过复习以前学过的短语,再现本节课的新短语,达到“温故而知新”的效果。通过反复操练更加熟练地说出这些短语。) 3.引入目标语言-如何提出请求 “sweep the floor.”“Can you .”“Could you please.” 4. 解释相关语言点 Could you please.你可以.could 表示礼貌,委婉或不确定的语气。本单元中学习用could 表示请求帮助或请求允许。答语:“OK”“Yes”“Yes,please” “Sure”“Certainly”“Of course” “Im sorry,.”“Never mind”“Not at all”“No problem”注意:无论肯定还是否定应答中,要避免使用could要用can或 may,因为答语须用确定的语气。而could 在表请求的问句中是为了表示礼貌或委婉语气,用在答语中则成了不确定的语气,与情理不符。 5. 1a Discussion-Do you do chores at home?What chores do you usually do? S1: I usually help my mum sweep the floor. T:I dont like sweeping the floor. Could you please sweep the floor? S1: Sure. S2: I usually help my father wash the car. T:I dont like washing the car. Could you please wash the car ? S2: Im sorry,. S3; I usually help do the dishes after dinner. T: I dont like that. Could you please do the dishes after dinner? S3: Of course. 1b Listening Before listening-Read the instruction.Point to the chart and pay attention to the phrases and the heading of the columns. While listening -first: only listening, second:listen carefully and check After listening -check the answers and read the listening material 6. 1c 利用“Could you please.”和1a的短语编对话。Example :A: Could you please sweep the floor?B:Yes, sure. But could you please take out the rubbish?A:Im sorry,I,m going to make my bed. Read the example together. Work in pairs.(As they work,move around the classroom and give help if necessary) Present for the whole class.(设计意图:灵活地运用教材,由简单浅显的方式和学生进行讨论和对话,让学生初步了解目标语言。通过必要的讲解,让学生对目标语言有更深刻的掌握,并能合理运用。通过听力感知目标语言,通过生生之间的简短对话,增进沟通和了解。)Step Three: Practice 1.2a & 2b Before listening- Read the instruction.Point to the chart and pay attention to the phrases and the heading of the columns While listening - check yes or no in 2a then listen again and draw lines to the reasons After listening - check the answers and read the listening material 2. Explain the language points stay: stay out (late ) , stay away (from), stay behind late: be late for,later on get a ride (设计意图;再次通过听力创设情境,感知语言,先听后说,营造轻松的学习氛围,激发学习兴趣。调整学生的情绪,实际运用目标语言,活跃课堂气氛。另外,通过必要的知识点讲解,扩展知识。)Step Four:Consolidation 1. 2c make a conversation between Peter and his father according to the information in 1a.Example: Peter: Could I use your computer? Father: Sorry.Im going to work on it now. Peter: Well, Could I watch TV? Father: Yes,you can, but you have to clean your room first. Read the example together. Work in pairs.(As they work,move around the classroom and give help if necessary) Present for the whole class.(设计意图:让学生分组进行对话练习,提供更多说的机会,加强生生之间的合作与交流,培养学生学习的积极性和主动性。)2.Exercise 根据首字母或汉语意思填空 I often help my mom do the d_ after dinner. The floor is dirty, could you please s_ it ,please. Could you please help me take out the _ (垃圾)? Please m_ your bed after you get up.
