For credit card guarantee, the hotel requires written information to include the name of the card holder as it appears on the card, the card number and the expiry date. Guaranteed reservations will be held until noon of the following day of the confirmed arrival date.所有预订必须以一晚房费为担保（订金或信用卡形式等），如信用卡担保，必须以书面形式提供持有人名字，卡号，有效期。经担保的房间将为客户保留到抵店日次日中午12时。All non-guaranteed reservations will be released after 6:00pm on the date of scheduled arrival. Thereafter, guest rooms are subject to availability only.未经担保的房间将保留到客人入住日晚6点之前，是否继续保留房间将视当天客房情况而定。Payment 付款All other charges including Food & Beverage expenses, telephone charges will be settled by the guest upon departure, unless alternate arrangement has been confirmed with the hotels credit department. 如果未经酒店信贷部门同意，所有客人离店时必须付清所有的房费，电话费、餐饮费及其它相关费用。No show 未入住Should your guest with a confirmed reservation not arrive on the scheduled date of arrival, a one-night room charge will be levied as no-show charge. Space for subsequent nights will be released for resale.如预订后未入住，酒店将收取一晚的房费，且酒店将自动释放房间。Termination 终止合同Either party may terminate this agreement before its expiration by delivering to the other party a thirty (30) days written notice. After a three-month period of having this contract duly signed, if room volumes are not met, Hotel and The Company agree to a performance review meeting to discuss room usage and to identify subsequent action agreeable to both parties.终止本合同可在任何一方书面提出后30天后生效。合同签署3个月后，如果实际入住情况未达到协议约定，酒店与公司将共同协商讨论实际客房使用情况及采取相关措施。Acceptance合同生效For validity to take effect, a copy of this agreement should be signed and returned to the hotel within 14 days of issue of this agreement, otherwise, it is subject to renegotiations.
