AbstractTt materials for English learning. With the development of internet , more plenty of useful language materi客户路als are available for teaching and learning. On the internet there are online dictionaries ,online listening room and online new libraries , online teaching room and BBS , and QQ etc , and first of all many websites are designed for the English learners , in which speaking , listening and reading and writing materials are filled with, thus it is more convenient for teachers and students The traditional English teaching method which aims at enhancing learners English scores and their communicative and writing competence hasnt achieved satisfying results. Because teachers only pay attention to English scores and neglect the features of English as a linguistic,language EFL learners cant speakspeak English accurately or fluently, and especially after they enter into the society , some of them even cant communicate with the interviewers in simple English . Some of them cant write E-mail in English with their colleagues, which effect their jobs .Thus the research is based on how to improve 规范e the students English comprehensive abilities. The research is based on these theories: Krashens monitor theory ,Merril Swain output hypothesis and the theory of education and psychologyThe research is carried by an experiment, through the comparisons of the questionnaires and the scores of students examinatinon ,the study showed that web-assisted teaching &learning can reduce students anxiety, improve their interests and motivation in English learning, and enhance their oral capabilities, communicative abilities and improve their writing,. Introduction1.1 The background and the significance of the topic Toady, we are entering a society with high technology and informationization , and internet resource is very abundant. Shall we use it to serve our English teaching ? Why not ? At the time internet is very popular in our society , thus we can use it to serve our English teaching , whats more, at present, in English teaching , teachers also use traditional teaching methods to teach , with which there are some disadvantages; After all , only by a book ,can teachers use limited resource, thus, teachers teaching and students learning are limited in some way . However, internet resource has many advantages , such as extensive information source, high spreading speed , all kinds of contents , and contents renewing quickly ect. The richness and extensive network resources provides more resources and information for English teaching . Internet resource provides a good platform for students to cultivate the skills of listening, speaking, reading , writing and cultural background knowledge . As QiaXuesen said : the future of education = brain + networkWith the development of internet technology, computer-assisted language learning (CALL) emerged in the 1950s, and has been developed quickly . Many researchers have made great effort to applying the CALL into English teaching and students autonomy learning , but the influential works have not been published extensively . Even if it has become a hot top since 1990s in education area .In real learning environment , the underachievers of English cant achieve good marks because they are shy in class or they are afraid of making mistakes in class while in the multimedia classroom they are not afraid of making mistakes because they are faced with computers . The number of students in our class is 50; and five students study English because they like English very much .There are 30 students who study English because of the entrance exam of university , while others dont study English because they think learning English is very boring . That is to say: about 30% students dont like English ; about 60% students studying English only to pass the exam. Which implies some problems in our present teaching situation , Why students dont like it ? The question English teachers are very easy to answer In the current English teaching process.,classroom teaching takes up a great scale, this kind of teaching style improve English teaching marks , however, people take no notice of the function of English language , English is not only a subject but also a language . As a language it must be a tool of communication .After students learn English, they can communicate in English in daily life and use it ,Which is the true purpose. But in the current teaching environment students only learn English in several hours in the classroom , after class they have no chance of using English , even in the class , they have no choice of using it .1.3.2 experimental method你没谈实验方法,只是说有两个班做实验This year the author has taught class11 and class 12, the author divide the two classes into two group ,class 11 is control group while class 12 is the experimental group . In class 11 the author used the traditional method while in class the author used the internet resources to teach.1.3.3 the framework of the dissertation The dissertation is composed of five parts . The first part is the brief introduction which covers the background and the significance of the research , The second chapter is the literature review which includes the theories of the second language acquisition and the theory of the education and psychology . Chapter three is based on the research methodology , the fourth chapter is the result and discussion of the research , The last part is arranged for the findings and implication .II. Literature Review2.1 The theory for the topic2.1.1second language acquisition Krashens Monitor TheoryKrashens Monitor Theory includes 5 parts : The AcquisitionLearning Hypothesis; The Monitor Hypothesis; The Input Hypothesis; The Affective Filter Hypothesis; The Natural Order Hypothesis The Input Hypothesis is the core part of krashen language. He discussed his this hypothesis with a monograph . Krashen thought that only when language acquirers ran into comprehensible language input (analyzer input), namely slightly higher than his existing language skill levels of second language input, he could concentrate his attention on meaning or understanding information instead of the form of understanding, and he could generate acquisition. This is his famous i + 1 formula. i represents acquirers current levels, 1 represents slightly higher than the acquirers current level of language materials. Based on krashens point of view, this I + 1 input does not need people intentionally to provide, as long as the acquirers can understand input, and he has enough time, it automatically provides this input. Krashen thought, the ideal input should have the following characteristics: 1) comprehensible (comprehensibility). Understanding input language materials is the necessary conditions for language acquiring while incomprehensible materials input for acquirers speaking is only a noise. 2) interesting and relevant (how long and generating leads). To make the language input is good for the acquisition of language, it needs to carry on the processing, the more interesting and association of input language materials the more learners can be in language acquisition imperceptibly . 3) not grammar program arrangements (not grammatically sequenced). Full amount of comprehensible input is key to language acquisition. If the goal is acquisition instead of learning, press the parsing process arrangement of teaching is not only necessary, but not advisable. 4) plenty of inputs. To acquire a new language structure, a few exercises, course-pack essays are not enough, it needs to read extensively and a large number of session .Merril Swain output hypothesisMerril Swain (1995) put forward output hypothesis (output hypothesis) theory. She thinks: language output in second language acquisition has a significant role. This theory is based on her for the soaked type (immersion) teaching experiment sources:Language output has various functions in addition to embodying the language acquisition: (1)the noticing attention : To promote learners pay attention to language forms (2) the hypothesistesting function : to provide learners with the opportunities of testing themselves hypothesis. Language output activity is the attempt in which learners use new language form and structure in order to communicate and they can test their offer of structure and form is available or not through language output. From this meaning, if there were no language output, learners cannot obtain the validation (3) the metalinguisticfunction or consciousness reflection : To provide learners with conscious reflection Language output itself is hypothesis, it is a guess in which language learners how to express a certain meaning with certain language form . In some certain cases learners not only reveals his own assumptions, but also using language reflects the hypothesis. This form of using language reflecting language can promote learners to control and internalize language. This structure occurres in environment with other peoples communication, which is the result of social interaction. The theory emphasizes that individual learners construct the subjective understanding of objective things, pay attention to the learning process and oppose knowledge taught simply from their own experience background, and the theory emphasizes a person of study and development occurres in communication and interaction .Teaching should be placed in meaningful situations, and the most ideal situation is in which knowledge can be implemented .Students personal development is the core of teaching.
