Advantages of this serial ink :1.、曝光后(曝光区域与非曝光区域)相对色差比较明显,易于检板。2、有良好的显影宽容度,油墨解晰度可达2mil/2mil,直通率可达93%以上。3、耐酸性强,易退墨。1. Automatic line : 1) Vertical Dip Coater :80-100,6-10min Vertical Roll Coater : 80-100,6-10min2) Horizontal Roll Coater: 100-160,1-2min 注:洪干后可斜放叠板,正常情况下温度25以下,相对湿度605%,在车间可停放48小时。Notes : Stack sloping after exposure in workshop, hold for 48 hours ,where generally temperature is 25 and the humidity is 605%RH .4、曝光:50-120 mj/cm2(到达油墨上实际曝光能量),21格曝光尺控制在6-9格残墨。Exposure : 50-120 mj/cm2 (up to essential exposure energy of ink), 21 degree exposure ruler limits 6-9 degree remnant ink .显影:显影液 1wt% Na2 CO3 液温 28-32 喷压 1.5-2.0 kg/ cm2 显影时间 30-50秒Developing : developer 1 wt %Na2CO3 Temperature 28-32 Spray pressure 1.5-2.0 kg/cm2 Developing time 30-50sec 5、电镀: 一般镀铜、镀金、镀铅锡Plating : generally copper plating , gold plating , Lead tin plating .6、蚀刻:蚀刻液 氯化铁 氯化铜 氯化铵 液温 48-52 喷压 1.5-2.5 kg/ cm2 Etching :etching solution : ferric chloride ,copper chloride , ammonium chloride Solution temperature : 48-52Spray pressure : 1.5-2.5 kg/cm27、退膜: 退膜液 3-5 wt% NaOH 液温 45-65 喷压 1.5-2.5 kg/ cm2 退膜时间 1-2分钟Remove film Removing film solution: 3-5wt% NaOH Solution temperature : 45-65 Spray pressure: 1.5-2.5 kg/cm2Removing film time : 1-2min 四、一般操作规范Regulation for general operation 1. 前处理:刷磨 磨痕 152mm 水洗 上压 30.5 kg/ cm2 下压20.5 kg/ cm2 微蚀 温度 405 水洗 上压 30.5 kg/ cm2 下压20.5 kg/ cm2 吸水辊轮 润湿/无变形/无杂物烘干 温度905无水痕水膜测试30秒Pre-treatment Brush : grinding crack 155mm Water rinse : overdraught: 30.5kg/cm2 underdraught: 2 0.5kg/cm2 Soft etching : temperature : 405 Water rinse : overdraught: 30.5kg/cm2 underdraught: 2 0.5kg/cm2 Hydropic roller: Wet/non-transformation /non-impurity Baking : temperature 905no wash marking water film test 30sec 2.曝光: 21段曝光尺做到6-9格残膜Exposure : 21 degree exposure ruler limits 6-9 grid remnant film 3.显影: Na2Co3浓度,显影槽温度28-32 显影喷压1.2-2.0 kg/ cm2 显影后水洗压力 1.5-2.0 kg/ cm2 显影后水洗时间20-30秒Development : Na2CO3 solution concentration , developing vessel temperature 28-32 Developing spray pressure 1.2-2.0kg/cm2, water rinse pressure after developing 1.5-2.0 kg/cm2 ,water rinse time after developing 20-30sec .4.蚀刻: 氯化铜蚀刻 时间/44-46秒 (1盎司/1盎司) 蚀刻槽温度 48-52 速度4.00.5m/min 蚀刻喷压1.52.5 kg/ cm2 Etching : Copper chloride etching time /44-46sec (one ounce ) Etching vessel temperature : 48-52 velocity : 4.0 0.5m/min Etching spray pressure : 1.52.5 kg/cm25.退膜: NaOH浓度3-5% 退膜槽温度45-65 喷压1.5-2.0 kg/ cm2 脱膜时间1-2分钟Remove film: NaOH solution concentration 3-5% , removing film vessel temperature 45-65 Spray pressure 1.5-2.0 kg/cm2 , removing film time 1-2 min.五、注意事项Attention1.建议作业环境的条件:印刷房及曝光房,须在温度222,温度605%的无尘室内进行,另外若直接及间接在白色光线或日光下使用时,会引起油墨的光聚合反应,故请在无UV光照射下工作.Advisable conditions of working environment : work in dust-free circumstance , printing room and exposure room are controlled where the temperature is 222,the humidity is 605%RH , in addition , if you use ink directly or indirectly under the white light or sunlight , it can cause ink to react , please work in lamp without UV light. 2.油墨温度恢复到室温才使用,与规定量的稀释剂混合,充分搅拌并静置后使用.After printing ink temperature restores upto room temperature , you can open the pot , mix regulate quantity diluent , stir fully and hold , use it again . 3.油墨厚度以8-18um为宜,若膜厚较薄时,会降低耐药品性,耐蚀性及耐电镀性。818 is proper thickness of ink , if thickness of ink is not enough , properties of resistance to chemical reagents , etching and plating can be reduced .4印刷时须注意网板避免使用胶带,因胶带之胶无法与油墨混合,会发生板面假性露铜现象,故需使用纸张来作业。When plating , we must pay attention to the outline board and avoid using the adhesion , because the adhesion is unable to mix with ink , It will cause the pan bogus dew copper phenomenon , therefore ,we must use paper to work .5预烤条件及预烤容许范围会随烤箱的种类及放入烤箱基板的数量之不同而有差异,因此需实施确认,实验后,再设定适宜之条件。The scope of pre-baking will change with different kind of oven and quantity of board in oven. Therefore , after implementing confirmation experiment , then establish suitable condition .6曝光能量会因基板的材质及涂膜厚度烘干程度之不同而有差异,故需进行试验确认油墨最小残存宽度,表面光泽及背面感光程度后,再设定适宜的条件。Exposure energy will change with different CCL , thickness of ink and baking stage , so we must carry on experiment to confirm printing ink minimum surviving width , surface gloss and photosensitive degree on the back , then establish suitable condition .7显影液温度,浓度及时间不足时会造成显影不净,超过时易发生侧蚀过大现象,且油墨表面会遭受攻击而影响油墨之特性,并严格管制显影液浓度,温度,喷嘴压力及时间等要求条件,因此需实施确认试验再设定适宜之条件。As developing temperature , concentration and developing time is not enough , it can cause developing unclean , also as it surpasses , which will be easy to occur big under-cut , in addition , the surface of ink will be inclined to attacking , and affect the character of ink . Do control developing liquid concentration, temperature , spray pressure and time strictly . Therefore, carry out confirmation experiment , then establish suitable condition .8镀锡时,油墨一般要求要后烘或过UV机固化,后烘条件为1205,10-20分钟。When plating , ink is required post-baking or passing the UV machine , the following conditions are temperature of 1205 , time of 10-20min .9蚀刻温度及时间超过时,易发现侧蚀过大现象,且油墨表面会遭受攻击而影响油墨之特性,请严格管制蚀刻液浓度,温度,喷嘴压力及时间等要求条件。When etching temperature and time is over , its easy to occur big under-cut , also the ink surface will be inclined to attacking , and affect the character of ink . Do control conditions of erode solution concentration , temperature , spray pressure and so on strictly .10脫膜温度及时间不足时会造成脱膜不净,超过时易发生板材受损现象,另因镀层过厚而产生夹膜现象而难退膜,因此需制定相应的措施并经确认试验后,再设定适宜之条件。When peeling membrane temperature and time is exhausted, peeling membrane which is not clean can be created .
