Revision （work on Grammar Focus）Conduct a dictation at the beginning of the lesson and check the answers in class. Have Ss translate the Chinese sentences into English. Remind Ss to use the words and expressions they have learnt in Section A.教学设计说明：教师可以灵活处理此部分，为了提高课堂效率，可以将此部分放入正课前完成。2. Work on 4a(Practice) T: Now, lets do more exercises to practice what we learnt in Section A. 1: Explain “requests” and “permissions” （new words）. 2: Write R for requests and P for permissions. (Answer : P, R, P, R, R , from 1 5 ) And explain the new words (pass, borrow, lend, finger) 3: Match (Answer: 1. d, 2. a , 3. c, 4. e, 5. b , ) 教学设计说明：1. 针对题目进行解释，可以帮助层次稍差的学生快速理会教学目的。2. 在正式答题前，针对生词进行解释以便下一个步骤顺利进行。 3. (Plan for a letter) T: Imagine you were Sandy. You want to write a letter asking your friends to help you prepare for the party. What will you say in the letter?
