专题三形容词和副词常考点现在直接考查形容词和副词的比较级、最高级构成形式的题不多见，主要考查比较级、最高级在句子中的合理运用。结构考查与语境相结合，增加了难度。同时，加强了在具体语境中选择使用恰当形容词和副词的能力的考查。形容词、副词的位置 当多个形容词修饰名词时，常用的顺序为：限定词数量形容词描绘性形容词大小、长短、高低等形体性形容词新旧颜色国籍材料被修饰名词。如：a big brown Australian dog(一只澳大利亚棕色大狗)，all these last few days(最近的这些日子)。enough修饰名词时可前置或后置，但修饰形容词和副词时必须后置。如：good enough。一般情况下，形容词作定语放在被修饰词之前，但当形容词作定语修饰由some，any，every，no和body，thing，one等构成的不定代词时，需后置。如：nothing serious。表语形容词，如：afraid，alone，awake，asleep，alive，alike，ashamed等一般不作前置定语，但有的可作后置定语。如：a man alivea living man。alone作定语放在名词之后。如：in 2005 alone。英语中有些形容词既可以作前置定语，也可以作后置定语，但意义不同，如：the present situation(目前的形势)，the members present(在场的成员)；the concerned teachers(忧心忡忡的老师们)，the teachers concerned(有关的老师们)。注意下列结构：how difficult a problemso difficult a problemtoo difficult a problemas difficult a problem as.完成下列句子：He did _(一切可能的事情) to make her happy.The _ (white，wooden，little)house smells as if it hasnt been lived in for years.
