展示场地使用协议Display Place Use Agreement甲方：Party A:地址：Address: 乙方： Party B:地址：Address：基于乙方将于2010年_月_日至2010_月_日期间在甲方举办 宴会活动，需使用甲方场地陈列、展示奔驰轿车，双方在平等、自愿的基础上，经协商一致订立本合同，以资共同遵守。Party B need rent Party As area to display the Mercedes-Benz car (“Display”) because of the banque which will be held by Party B during 2010 to 2010 in * Hotel (“Banque”). Party A and Party B sign this Agreement on the basis of equality, free will and mutual consultation as following:1.甲方同意于2010年_月_日 时至2010_月_日 时期间共 天（以下称为“使用期”），向乙方免费提供位于* 酒店 的面积为_平方米的场地（下称“场地”，具体方位图详见附件附图）用于乙方陈列、展示 辆型号为 的 品牌乘用车（下称“展品”）。Party A agrees to provide Party B * Hotels total square meters areas located in (“Display Area”, orientation chart stated in the attachment) for free to display (几辆) （型号）cars (“Car”)during 2010 to 2010（”Term”） 3.乙方如在使用期外使用场地的，应提前征得甲方的同意，乙方超期使用场地的，应向向甲方支付超时使用费用每天人民币 元。Party B shall obtain Party As approval in prior and pay overtime use fee as per car per day RMB Yuan to Party A in case Party B uses the Display Area beyond the Term.4.甲方仅承担向乙方提供本协议约定之场地的义务，甲方不承担场地使用期间对展品及乙方其他相关物品的保管责任。布展、展出和撤展期间发生的任何事故，并由乙方承担相关风险及损失，乙方应自行投保相关保险。Party As only responsibility under this Agreement is to provide the Display Area for Party B and shall bear no responsibility for any losses during the Term. Party B shall cover the related liability insurance concerning the Display at its own cost. All responsibility and risk arising thereof during the Display (including the preparation, display, and removal period) shall be borne by Party B.5.乙方应自费进行陈列台及展品的搭建、安装、拆卸、搬迁及其他善后等工作。Party B shall take charge of building, installation, dismantling, removing of the booth, the Car and aftertreatment at its own cost.6.乙方应按照本协议的约定使用场地，维护场地和甲方的其他区域的清洁。使用期结束，乙方应根据本协议的约定将展品及其他相关物品（包括但不限於展台）移出场地。如乙方未能按时移出，甲方有权将其视为遗弃物予以处理,相关费用由乙方承担。如乙方造成甲方场地和/或设施、设备的损坏，乙方应承担全部赔偿责任。Party B shall have the liability to maintain the Display Area and other area of * Hotel in a clean status. Upon expiration of Term, Party B shall remove all its materials concerning the Display (including but not limited to booth) out of the Display Area. Any material that has not been removed out in time shall be treated as derelicts. Party B may also entrust Party A to treat the abovematerial at Party Bs cost. If any damage of the Display Area and/or any Party As equipments is caused by Party B, Party B shall take the whole responsibility of compensation thereof. 7.乙方如需在场地安装设备、设置以及宣传广告，应先征得甲方的书面同意。未经甲方书面许可，乙方不得在场地及甲方的其他区域进行任何形式的广告或促销活动。使用期间，乙方及其工作人员不得从事销售及与本协议项下展示活动无关的其他活动。Party B shall obtain Party As prior written permission in case of need for equipment installation and publicizing advertisement setup. Without Party As permission in writing, Party B shall not conduct the advertising or promotion activities in any form within the Display Area. During the Term, Party B and its staff shall not sell goods and conduct other activities not related to the Display.8.未经甲方许可，乙方不得在甲方其他区域搭建展台、宣传广告等设施，否则甲方有权予以拆除，费用由乙方承担。Without Party As approval, Party B shall not build booth, or publicizing advertisements etc. in the other area of * Hotel，otherwise Party A shall be entitled to dismantle the same at Party Bs cost .9.乙方如需使用甲方名称、商标和标识，应事先取得甲方书面同意，否则乙方应承担由此产生的法律责任。Party B shall obtain Party As prior approval in case of needs of using Party As name, trademark and logo; otherwise Party B shall undertake the legal liabilitiesincurred hereby.10. 如乙方取消或变更于2010年_月_日至2010_月_日期间在甲方举办的 宴会活动，则本协议自动解除。This Agreement will be cancelled automatically in the case that Party B changes or cancels the Banque mentioned hereof.11. 因本协议而发生的任何纠纷，双方应协商解决，若协商不成，任何一方均可向甲方所在地法院提起诉讼。All disputes should be settled through negotiations. In case no settlement can be reached, any party can file a lawsuit to the Peoples Court in the place where Party A is located.12. 本协议自双方签订之日起生效。本合同，以中英文两种语言书写；如中英两种文本存在文义不一致之处，以中文文本为准。This Agreeme
