工程概况及周边环境条件拟建郑州龙湖1号项目基坑支护、降水工程位于郑州市郑东新区九如路与龙湖中环南路交叉口东北角,建筑面积约10万平方米。包括3栋6层办公楼,2栋3-5层办公楼及外围2层地下车库,地下车库采用天然地基筏板基础,南侧3-5办公楼采用天然地基独立基础。基坑面积平面近视矩形,南北宽约105m,东西长约312m,基坑周边开挖深度为9.23-9.83m(自然地坪以下).周边环境如下:位置相邻建筑物车库(基础)边线距红线最近距离东侧空地南侧龙湖中环南路 22m 正在施工西侧九如路 9.5-13.5m正在施工北侧围墙 13m围墙外围空地1.2、场地工程地质条件、水文条件 施工方案与技术措施1、基坑工程施工方案 根据相关周围地质环境和现场测量,开始先以开挖为主线,以支护为辅助;当挖至-4.5米时,以降水为主线,基坑外的降水井开始施工,开挖、支护、监测为辅助;当开挖至-6米时,优先施工灌注桩,基坑内的降水井施工开始,然后是开挖、支护,同时监测配合;当开挖至-10米时,以开挖为主,以支护、降水(根据现场情况降水开始时间)、监测为辅助;总的来说是以安全为主,依现场施工情况而定,随时可能调整主次本工程采用管井配合集水坑局部降水较为合理;基坑支护结构等级为二级,结构重要系数为1.0,结合本工程地质条件,采用土钉墙及复合土钉墙方案。1.1、 降水井施工和运行降水井施工方法1.1.1、施工工艺流程设备进场井点定位开挖沟槽井点安装试抽水开始降水基坑土方开挖基础施工防水层施工基坑回填主体施工至沉降缝施工井点拆除退场。1.1.2、施工方法管井井点1.1.2.1、准备:各项原材料已经按规范要求试验完毕且材料合格可以使用,外部环境邻里关系已经协调好。1.1.2.2、管井定位:根据轴线控制点,用经纬仪定位,其位置要尽量,避开工程桩、承台和剪力墙,必要时可根据需要在设计位置周边2.0米内移动。1.1.2.3、成孔:采用钻孔和高压水洗法,钻机就位后要平整稳固,确保在施工过程中不发生倾斜移动,孔斜应小于1%,井孔设计直径为0.65m,井管不小于0.30m,井深20.0m;当钻进到20m深度后,加大泵量冲洗,将孔内的土块及泥浆冲洗出孔口,使孔内水的含泥量不大于5%。1.1.2.4、安装井管:井管采用无砂混凝土滤水管,连接要采取有效措施,使其紧密牢固,防止井管错位,造成漏泥,井管间缠好塑编布并绑扎牢,井管外包裹80-100目滤网。井管安装完成后,向孔内填部分米石滤料。1.1.2.5、填砾:管井滤料用1-3mm级配滤料砂石,填砾前应彻底换浆,然后向井管四周填砾,开始时速度不宜过快,待井管内出水后在适当加快填砾速度,井口返水突然变小时,说明滤水管已埋没,继续填砾至地面以下1m-1.5m,改用粘土填至地面,并压实封闭孔口,以防地表水渗入。1.1.2.6、排水系统设置:基坑周边设置独立排水系统,集水管选用300mm的PVC波纹管,每隔16.0-20.0m砌一500*500*800mm的小集水坑,排水管道的坡度自东向西取0.5%,降水井的水通过集水管流入总沉淀池2米*2米*1.5米,澄清的水排入市政雨水或污水管网。1.1.2.7、安装水泵抽水、洗井:填砾后,管井中下放污水泵至水面下3.0m洗井抽水过程中定时测定抽水量、工作水压力等,并做好记录,校核抽水量与设计计算值是否相符,若与设计有较大出入,应及时调整降水设计方案,洗井后下入潜水泵抽水。1.1.2.8、降水井的运行:降水井开始工作后,应注意以下几个问题:(1)派专人工地值班,巡回检查泵的运行情况,发现工作不正常,及时换泵;(2)施工中进行连续降水,设置临时观测井,使地下水位浸润线保持在低于开挖基地标高0.51米之间(含电梯井处)。降水期间每天监测水位变化情况,并做好记录;降水速率不能过快,应按规范进行。(3)降水运行期视建筑物进展时间长短情况定;(4)运行期间:抽出水的含沙量不大于0.1(5)降水管井严格按照基坑设计数量布置,(降水井施工平面布置图即为基坑设计降水井平面布置图)在降水井管地面砌筑水泥井台,高出地面300mm,井台底部用粘土封闭防止地表水流入井内,井台书写编号,井口设盖防止落物(防护盖的方法:用模板锯成管内经大小,在模板上钻4个小孔,小孔下用18的钢筋,做板托,用8号铁丝吊起用粘土封闭,距离井口约30cm即可)。(6)降水井运行期间24小时派人巡视,保持水井正常运转。并按照水井数量配备1.2倍的水泵抽水配套设备。发现水泵有问题立即更换。1.1.2.9、因降水井排出的地下水含有泥沙,为防止排水管堵塞以及保证排水正常进行,需设置一定数量(长宽深:500500800mm)的小集水坑作为沉淀池。结合现场实际条件,间距20米一处。沉淀池具体做法为:底板100mm后C10混凝土垫层,200厚C20混凝土底板,内设直径10 200的钢筋网片。墙体为240厚水泥砖墙砌筑,水泥砂浆强度为M7.5,抹面为1:3水泥砂浆。因沉淀池位于现场临时通道旁边,为保证临时通道畅通和安全,采用预制钢筋混凝土盖板封闭尺寸为h=160mm,钢筋布置14 150。为防止雨水回灌进入基坑,因在施工临时道路靠基坑一侧以120后墙体形式环形设置200mm300m雨水排水沟并以砂浆抹面,在接近沉淀池处采用12墙体形式砌筑排水沟进入总沉淀池,并以砂浆抹面。在施工现场北大门处设置一个长x宽x高:2m1m1.5m总沉淀池,在南边大门设三个长x宽x高:1.5m1m1.5m总沉淀池,位置分别在三个大门口的东边,现场排水经总沉砂池后排入主管道分别进入相邻的市政雨水管网中。因施工现场与市政管网距离较近北边大约10米,南边大约有20m,所以采取暗埋预制钢筋混凝土涵管,为满足排水要求,尺寸为DN400。以此连通市政排水管网。1.1.2.10、现场配备2台管径为DN160功率5.5Kw的水泵进行应急所需。1.2、土钉墙施工土钉墙支护要与基坑开挖紧密配合,各道工序实行平行作业,依次有序的进行:喷素浆凿孔安装土钉注浆挂钢筋网焊加强筋坡面设置泄水管喷射砼。1.2.1 准备:方案已通过并签字,各项原材料已经按规范要求试验完毕且材料合格可以使用,外部环境邻里关系已经协调好。1.2.2 喷素浆:根据土质报告和基坑设计情况砂层较厚,在开挖一层处按要求先修边坡,及时喷2cm厚的素浆待初凝后再进行凿孔工作,必要时可以采用插入短摩擦土钉。1.2.3凿孔:拟采用人工成孔,当发现土层钻进困难时,可采用机械配合成孔。按设计的空位布置进行测量画线,标出准确的孔位,然后按设计要求的孔长、孔的俯角和孔径进行凿孔,孔深偏差50mm,孔距偏差100mm,孔径偏差5mm,成孔倾角偏差5%,严格注意质量,逐孔进行验收记录,不合格者为废孔,重打。1.2.4、土钉安放:按照设计规定的土钉长度、直径,加工合格的杆体,土钉处于孔的中心位置,每隔2m,焊接一个居中支架,将土钉体安放在孔内,支架构造应不妨碍注浆时浆液的自由流动,土钉安放完成后应立即注浆,防止时间过长塌孔。1.2.5、注浆:在安装土钉钢筋的孔内注入0. 5纯水泥浆,水泥采用P.C32.5(或按设计要求),压力不低于1Mpa,确保土钉与孔壁之间注满水泥浆,注浆应由里向外注,需将注浆管插入孔内距孔底约0.5-1.0m处,用废编织袋封堵孔口,防治浆液外流。1.2.6、挂网:按要求用钢筋调直机把6.5圆盘钢筋调制,满足使用要求。在修好的边坡坡面上,按各坡面设计要求,铺上一层6.5250*250钢筋网,网筋之间用扎丝间隔绑扎,钢筋搭接要牢,网格允许偏差为10mm。钢筋网铺设时每边的搭接长度应不小于300mm,如为搭焊则焊长不小于网筋直径的10倍。网片与坡面间隙不小于20mm,垫以20mm厚的砼垫块。1.2.7、加强筋焊接:等注浆扎网片施工完成后,用14钢筋将土钉头部连接起来,在网片上与土钉钢筋焊接且菱形交叉布置,土钉端头焊接挡块,材料同土钉,双面焊接5d,各焊接点必须牢固。1.2.8、坡面设置泄水管:可采用直径60mm、壁厚6mm的塑料管,插入土体的长度为300mm,管身设置透水孔,孔径为15mm,开孔率为15%,外裹1-2层土工布并扎牢面,泄水管出口暂时封堵,待喷砼完成后清理干净。1.2.9、喷砼:面层分布钢筋搭接长度不小于300mm,保护层厚度不小于30mm,在上述工序完成后,即可喷射砼,配合比现场取样试验配置,水泥采用P.C32.5水泥,强度达到C20,喷射总厚度不小于80mm,石子的最大粒径不大于10mm,要求表面基本平整。1、喷射作业分段进行,同一分段内,喷射顺序自下而上,依次喷射厚度不小于30mm,喷头应与受喷面保持垂直;2、终喷2h后,喷水养护,养护时间根据气温确定;3、厚度采用钻孔检测,钻孔数量每100平方米一组,每组不少于3点。土钉孔的施工应符合下列规定:钻孔前,根据设计要求的土层条件,定出空位,做出标记。锚杆(索)水平向孔距误差不应大于50mm,垂直方向孔矩误差不应大于100mm;土钉孔径、长度均不小于设计值。钻孔底部的偏斜尺寸不应大于锚杆的5%,可用测角仪控制方向;土钉孔深不应小于设计长度,也不宜大于长度的1%土钉成孔、安放、注浆、钢筋网片绑扎、喷射砼前均有报验,经监理工程师验收合格后方可进行下道工序。土钉施工完后,按照规范要求进行拉拔实验,拉拔实验合格后再进行下一道工序施工。土钉注浆应符合下列规定: 注浆材料为P.C32.5水泥搅拌的水灰比0.5的素水泥浆,采用二次注浆,必要时可加入一定量的外加剂或掺合料;注浆浆液应搅拌均匀,随搅随用,浆液应在初凝前用完,并严防石块、杂物混入浆液,主讲作业开始和中途停止较长时间,再作业时宜用水或稀水泥浆润滑注浆泵及注浆管道。孔口溢出浆液时,可停止注浆;浆体硬化后不能充满锚固体时应进行补浆。1.3、 微型桩施工施工工艺流程放桩位 成孔 置入钢管(底部为花管) 填放碎石 孔底压浆至孔口封孔 再次压浆 完成一根微型桩施工。(1) 桩位:必须保证桩位的准确性及基坑开挖后桩与底板间操作间距。(2)成孔:钻孔直径为150mm,深为9米,置入直径为48mm钢管(底部2m为花管)。(3)确保成孔深度,成孔可采用洛阳铲或高压水枪,应使成孔深度略大于设计深度。并使置入钢管在同一平面上。(4) 填放碎石:碎石采用0.51.0cm。(5) 注浆:注浆以底部向上翻浆为宜,水灰比控制在0.5左右,二次注浆压力0.5-1.0Mpa,可适当增大。2、土方开挖方案2.1、施工安排本工程基坑为近似矩形,基坑深9.23-9.83m.,拟采用5台挖掘机反铲开挖,开挖时现场出土口拟设置在基坑西南角,土方开挖时分层分段进行,厚度1.5米,分段20-25m且需预留土墩,按照先周边再中央的出土方法,先开挖基坑边岩土体,尽早为土钉和锚杆的施工提供工作面,然后再中央开挖土方。2.2、工艺流程测量放线确定开挖顺序和坡度先支护在分段分层均匀开挖修坡和清底收尾2.3、施工方法2.3.1、测量放线:开挖前,要认真审阅桩基施工图纸,按技术人员审核的开挖方案,依据定位点用经纬仪及钢尺放出基坑开挖边线,并在基坑四周设标高控制点,以便在机械开挖时随时测量开挖深度。2.3.2、确定开挖顺序和坡度:根据作业面及开挖深度,以方便施工、节省资源为原则合理确定开挖顺序及挖掘机行走路线,开挖时先由两台反铲挖掘机在基坑侧壁附近开挖土方为土钉施工尽早提供工作面,然后再开挖基坑中央土方。开挖前详细查看设计图纸,按照设计图上的放坡要求进行开挖,先按小于设计要求的坡度机械开挖,然后有人工修坡。2.3.3、分段、分层均予开挖:本工程采用反铲挖土机以倒退行驶的方法进行开挖,自卸汽车配置在挖土机的一侧装土。土方开挖由专人指挥,根据施工方案要求,本工程基坑开挖深9.23-9.83m,采取分层分段开挖方法,分层按照基坑设计计算书的工况进行,每层不得大于1.5米逐层开挖至基坑底,严禁超挖。基坑开挖与支护配合进行。2.3.4、边坡采用人工修坡:修坡时注意按照设计放坡比例进行。2.3.5、坡道土方收尾:坡道土方收尾采用反铲挖掘机以倒退行驶的方法进行开挖,采取挖土机后方弃土装车,装车运走提前将坡道处支护结构施工完成。2.4、注意事项2.4.1、开挖顺序方法必须按监理工程师批准的开挖方案进行,并严格遵循“先支护后开挖,分层分段开挖,严禁超挖”的原则。2.4.2、开挖期间,随时注意观测支护结构的变化动态,发现异常情况要立即停止挖土,并向建设单位和监理单位汇报,经分析原因,采取有效措施后,方可继续施工。2.4.3、支护结构顶面禁止堆放材料和中午,基坑四周禁止堆载,禁止重型车辆通过。2.4.4、做好机械、人员的安全防护措施,保证安全。2.4.5、夜间施工要配备足够的照明设备,在危险地段设置明显标志,严禁碰坏降水井。2.4.6、施工过程中可能会出现降雨天气,影响运土道路的运输,所以土方开挖前要联系好砖渣或其他辅助材料,以备用垫路应急。2.4.7、提前做好外部协调工作,办理施工手续及运输车辆通行手续,最大限度的确保施工工作顺序进行。2.5、土方外运处理措施2.5.1、土方开挖期间,运土车辆设置专人协调组织,只会车辆按指定线路行走。2.5.2、根据政府及环卫及交通部门的要求,对土方外运车辆制定切实可行的行走线路,并在运土车辆出场前加盖帆布,以减少运输时的撒漏使道路污染。2.5.3、按指定地点
