Urban and rural会计电算化课程建设计划一、本课程的地位、作用和能力目标会计电算化课程是一门融会计理论、会计方法与计算机信息技术为一体的学科交叉型课程，本课程全面介绍如何借助计算机应用技术及财务软件操作系统，将企业经济业务事项通过会计确认、计量、记录、报告等工作程序，以生成会计信息的现代会计技术方法。旨在培养学生的会计电算化岗位工作能力，学生通过学习本课程，既要懂得会计电算化的基本理论，又要熟练掌握会计电算化岗位的技能。本课程是继基础会计、财务会计课程之后开设的会计专业的专业核心课程，在会计专业课程体系中占有重要地位，同时也是为后续的财务管理、审计理论与实务等课程学习奠定基础。本课程是会计人员从业资格准入的必备课程，也是企事业单位管理信息化的重要基础。通过会计电算化教学使学生具备以下的专业能力、社会能力及方法能力。1、专业能力（1）辅助完成中小企业与基层单位的会计电算化实施；（2）熟悉单位实施会计电算化的基本程序和管理制度；（3）能建立中小企业与基层单位的会计电算化管理制度；（4）能熟练运用财务软件进行会计电算化工作。2、社会能力（1）具有较强的语言表达能力、会计职业沟通和协调能力；（2）能与工商、银行、税务、中介服务、客户等单位建立良好、持久的关系；（3）具有良好的心理素质、诚信品格和社会责任感；（4）具有脚踏实地的工作作风和主动、热情、耐心的服务意识。3、方法能力（1）能自主学习新知识、新技术；（2）能通过各种媒体资源查找所需信息；（3）能独立制定工作计划并进行实施。二、课程建设计划（一）课程建设的基本理念1. 会计电算化课程设计以会计职业能力培养为重点，与用友财务软件集团云南分公司、各大中型企业财务部门等单位合作进行基于会计电算化工作过程的课程开发与设计，课程设计以工业企业为情境，具体以某个企业的经济业务事项为切入口，以会计电算化工作岗位的基本流程为主线组织教学。2. 本课程以培养学生会计电算化职业能力为主线，在分析会计电算化工作岗位典型工作任务基础上，将会计电算化课程按基于工作过程的模式设计相应的教学情境，学生通过初始化工作、账务处理系统的日常业务处理、会计报表设置与生成三个学习情境的学习，培养学生会计电算化岗位职业技能。3. 通过对会计电算化岗位典型工作任务的分析，结合岗位职业能力的要求，研究制订了会计电算化的学习领域，设计出相应的学习情境。 4. 教学中采取会计电算化认知与准备，情境教学，课程综合实训，顶岗实习等四个教学环节顺序开展教学，通过教学让学生熟练掌握会计电算化工作岗位的职业素养与技能，熟练地运用会计电算化软件进行会计业务操作，达到财政部对会计从业人员的会计电算化技能的要求。（二）教学内容和教学方法建设规划 1.设计一流的教学内容搞好课程建设，提高教学质量，关键在于深入持久地进行教学改革，特别是加大课程内容的改革力度，加速改变课程内容陈旧的现状。2.运用一流的教学方法随着教学改革的深入，我们不断探索多元化的教学方法，会计电算化课程教学方法主要有讲授法、项目驱动法、演示法、情境教学法、论式教学法、案例教学法等多种教学法方法相结合。讲授法: 会计电算化理论和会计软件的基本功能等内容主要以讲授法为主，通过讲授让学生对会计电算化理论有个初步的认识，以了解会计电算化的基本功能，并根据目前商品化会计软件的市场，介绍会计电算化的作用。项目驱动法: 以中小企业电算会计岗位实际工作任务为驱动，将各项任务划分为若干教学项目，每一个项目解决实际工作中的一个问题。我们将会计电算化的教学分十一个项目组织教学，各个项目又根据工作的需要划分为若干学习任务，通过对各任务的学习，学生能全面掌握会计软件在会计中的运用演示教学法，演示教学法就课程教学的重要组成部分，在课程安排上我们采用了二三制排课法，即二节课讲授三节操作。尽管通过多媒体教学可以起到直观、真实的教学效果，但是往往是看似容易做是难，每堂课后进行上机操作时学生总会遇到各种想象不到的问题，如权限分配、软件之间的前后联系等问题，必须通过实践操作才能得到解决。情境教学法：学生在学习中、四人为一组，分别扮演不同的角色，分工协作完成出纳、会计、会计主管、账套主管等角色，让学生真感受实际工作的氛围。讨论教学法：对于财务软件操作过程中经常遇到问题互相讨论，通过讨论加深学生对事物的认识，在教学过程中教师设计一些操作障碍，让学生通过讨论来完成，如凭证中出纳不能签字，已审核的凭证不能删除，各个子模块传来的凭证能否在总账中进行删除等，这些操作不能进行原因是什么？问题可能出在那里？让学生进行讨论后进行回答。学生回答不完整的部分由老师作进一步补充，这样即活跃了课堂气氛，又能解决学习中的难点，达到提高教学效果的目的。案例教学法：将用人和实习单位的资料进行整合，编成案例进行典型案例教学。在专业实训中我们完全以各案的推导一般，提高了学生的自主学习能力。3.建设一流的系列化教材由主讲教师在现有教材的基础上，参考国内外比较知名的教材，编写更加适合高职高专院校学生学习的会计电算化教材。使自编教材在全国同类院校中大范围使用。编写与教材配套的习题集和实验指导书，以及编写相关的系列丛书，实验指导书等。4.设计采用一流的实践教学 根据会计电算化人才培养目标和实践教学设计，会计电算化的实践教学由单项实训、课程综合实训、专业综合实训和顶岗实习四个部分组成。单项实训单项实训是把会计电算化工作过程归纳为实训项目，每个实训项目分解为若干工作任务，完成任务的过程就是能力训练和培养的过程。课程综合实训课程结束后，对学生进行分岗、轮岗实训，进一步熟悉会计电算化操作的流程，理解各类会计岗位的职责，巩固相关业务的处理方法及操作技能。专业综合实训专业综合实训在课外完成，与手工模拟使用同一套会计资料。通过电算化会计与手工会计的比较，相互检验、印证，加深对会计业务流程的认识和理解，实现零距离上岗。顶岗实习顶岗实习在实习单位完成。通过具体的会计电算化工作，应用、验证所学理论与技能，进一步巩固、完善和提高，最终做到能够独立承担各项会计电算化岗位工作。三、课程建设的保障措施1.为适应教育改革与发展的特点，根据会计电算化课程的教学需要，结合我校师资队伍情况的现状，在未来两年内，在我校建立一支稳定、精干的、在全区同类院校同类课程中具有较大影响力的、具有年龄、职称、学历结构合理的教师队伍。2.完善课程建设的规章制度。分院要对教学过程中的每个环节，包括教学大纲、实验大纲、教学计划、教学日志及教师的教案、课件等认真进行检查，建立比较完善的课程建设管理制度。进一步修改完善教学大纲，修改后的教学大纲和实验大纲符合学科教学的基本要求。在教学中，应严格执行教学大纲和实验大纲，按教学大纲和实验大纲要求，合理安排教学计划，调整教学方法。每个教师都应有完整的教案或讲义，而且教研室对教案作动态化要求，每轮课程都要根据教学实际（学生情况、专业情况、后续课情况、学科发展情况等）对教案进行适当补充修改。3.加大教学资料和设备的投入。争取学院和分院里的科研投资，不断补充新近出版的专业书刊，丰富专业资料室的藏书量。补充多媒体教学等现代化教学手段所需的硬件设备。四、课程建设的发展目标（一）预期目标按精品课程评估指标和相关要求，近期目标是在2010年度成为校级精品课程。远期目标是在五年内成为省级精品课程，打造“五个一流”，即：一流的教师队伍，一流的教学内容，一流的教学方法、一流的教材，一流的教学管理。（二）总体进度在现有建设基础上，进一步加强本课程建设：1、在建设过程中保持和提高教师队伍的整体水平，形成一支在省内具有影响的结构合理、人员稳定、教学和科研能力强、教学效果好、职业能力强的高水平专兼结合的“双师”素质教师队伍。2、进一步优化课程教学内容。按照高职高专教育的要求，在教学过程中不断整合教学内容，使之更便于“教与学”，更有利于培养学生的会计电算化职业能力，充分体现高职高专的课程特色。3、进一步加强网络教学环境建设。在主要教学文件上网免费开放的基础上，进一步做好全程授课录像、素材库、网上答疑等方面内容的建设，努力实现优质教学资源共享。4、利用现代化手段，充分使用课程网站资源，结合企业实际做好课程教学工作，将教、学、做更好地结合，更好地体现实践性、开放性和职业性，切实提高学生的实践动手能力。5、及时更新、选用适于行动导向式的情境化教学资料、教材，进一步深化基于工作过程的课程教学。 广西城市职业学院经济技术分院会计教研室 二OO九年八月十二日短期启动为脱硝氨区系统因故停运24小时以上72小时以内的重新启动。在短期启动前，有液位容器的处于连续运行状态，其他机械设备处于停用状态。development work steadily in the pilot counties, to build peace neighborhood offices approved, change, urban and rural communities (Center), immigrant communities, pilot projects such as integrated management of urban and rural sanitation in order.
