【本讲主要内容】Unit 712 复习（词汇）712单元以描述为主，要求学会：1. 描述人的外貌。2. 描述想要点的饭菜。3. 描述过去所做的事情和感受（过去时）。4. 描述对一些事物的观点。5. 描述家里和学校以及其他公共场所的规定。词汇归纳：Appearance：short/curly/straight hair, medium build/height, thin, fat, heavy, tall, short, brown / black/red/ blonde hair, glasses, beard, boldFood and drinks：noodles, beef, chicken, mutton, dumplings, porridge, soup, green tea, iced tea, orange juicePast Forms of verbs：played, cleaned, watched, visited, stayed, visited, practiced, studied, went, did, was, were, feltNouns：geography, library, test, mountain, wallet, scarf, belt, key ring, museum, hallway ,fight, uniform, gymtalk show, summer camp, soap opera, sports show, sitcom, game show,dining hall, sports shoesAdjectives： expensive, awful, crowded, delicious, fantastic, pretty good, hot, great, boring, unfriendly, interesting【知识掌握】【词汇用法】1. such 的用法such做形容词，意思是“如此的，这样的”。如：such a clever boy 这样一个聪明的男孩such an interesting story 这样一个有趣的故事 （such后跟可数名词单数）such beautiful flowers 这样漂亮的花 （such后跟可数名词复数） such hot water 如此热的水 （such后跟不可数名词）2. fish的用法 fish 既可以做可数名词，意思是“鱼肉”，也可以做不可数名词，意思是“鱼”。如： 当fish /chicken意为“鱼肉/鸡肉”时是不可数名词。 We had fish and chicken for dinner. 我们晚餐吃的鱼和鸡。当fish意为“鱼，鱼类”时是可数名词，其复数形式有两种：fish和fishes， （但fishes多指不同的鱼类）。I caught three fish in the river.我在河里逮了三条鱼。 3. nothing的用法 nothing 是一个代词，意思是“没什么；没什么东西”（nothing ,something ,anything 是不定代词, 用形容词修饰此类词时，要放在它们的后面） 如：Theres nothing in the room.房间里什么东西也没有。Its nothing serious.这没什么了不起的。Is there anything new in todays newspaper? 今天的报纸上有什么新东西吗? 4. by 的用法 by（表时间）在以前；不晚于；作介词。 I have to return the book by Friday.我必须在周五之前还回这本书。by的其它用法：a）在旁边 Come over here and stand by me.b）乘某种交通工具 I came by bus/car/bike/. 5. how about 的用法 how about=what about,意思是“怎么样？” （用以询问消息，提供建议或征询意见） How（What） about going to a movie tonight?今晚去看电影怎么样？I dont like sports. How about you?我不喜欢运动，你呢?6. stop to do sth. 停下来做某事 （准备去做）stop doing sth. 停止做某事 （准备不做）Im too tired. Lets stop to have a rest. 我太累了，我们停下来歇会儿吧。The students stop talking when the teacher comes into the classroom.老师走进教室时，学生不讲话了。7. remember to do sth. 记得去做某事 （还没有做）remember doing sth. 记得做过某事 （以前做过）如：Please remember to turn off the lights when you leave the classroom. 离开教室时，请记得关灯。I remember meeting him before. 我记得以前见过他。8. with, wear, put on, in 都可以表示穿，但是它们的用法不同。wear, put on 是动词，可以做谓语。而with, in 是介词，不能做谓语。wear强调穿衣的状态，而 put on强调穿衣的动作。如：Put on your coat! Its too cold outside. 穿上大衣！外面太冷了。Students have to wear their uniforms on weekdays. 上学时学生都得穿校服。She wore a pretty dress. 她穿了套漂亮的衣服。Do you know that girl in red? 你认识那个穿红衣服的女孩吗？The boy with glasses is my younger brother。戴眼镜的那个男孩是我弟弟。9. thank sb. for doing sth.（感谢某人做某事） Thank you for coming to my birthday party. 谢谢你来参加我的生日聚会。10. find sb. + doing sth. / 形容词 发现某人的情形或状态They found a man sleeping in an empty room. 他们发现了一个人在一间空房间里睡觉。I found him very lazy.我发现他很懒。11. help sb. （to） do sth./ help sb. with sth.帮助某人（做）某事I often help my mother （to） clean the dishes.我常帮妈妈洗碗。Mary always helps me with math.Mary总是帮我学数学。12. decide to do sth. 决定做某事She decided to leave Beijing next Monday. 她决定下周一离开北京。13. show sb. sth. /show sth. to sb. 给某人看如：Can you show me your recent paintings?你能给我看一下你最新的画作吗？Please show the map to our guests.请把地图指给我们的客人看。14. enjoy v. 享受的乐趣，喜爱如：Everyone has right to enjoy health. 每个人都有权利享有健康。enjoy oneself 过得快乐 = have a good time如：Did you enjoy yourselves in Shanghai? 你们在上海玩得开心吗？enjoy doing sth. 喜欢做某事如：Mary enjoys listening to music. 玛丽喜欢听音乐。【语法重点难点】1. tell, speak, say, talk的用法tell （过去式told） 除了“告诉，讲述”，与from连用时还有“区分，分辨”的意思（即tellfrom）I cant tell Lily from Lucy. Theyre twins.我分不清Lily和Lucy。她们是双胞胎。与say, speak, talk比较say （过去式said） 强调说话内容例如：say sth/ say thatI say hello to you. He says （that） he is on his way home. 布告报纸等上“说”：The radio says （theres） no rain today.speak （过去式spoke） 说话，演讲，说某种语言例如：Please speak in English. （speak为不及物动词）Can you speak Japanese?（speak为及物动词）Who is speaking?talk （过去式talked） 谈论，谈话。例如：talk to sb. , talk with sb.,talk about sth./sb. The teacher is talking with him. talk也可做名词 例如：I had a talk with your mother yesterday. 2. a little, little, a few, few 用法a little有点，有一些（修饰不可数名词）表肯定Dont worry, there is still a little time left.别担心，还剩下一些时间。little极少，几乎没有（修饰不可数名词）表否定We have little milk, so you have to go and buy some.我们的牛奶不多了，你得去买一些。a few有点，有一些（修饰可数名词）表肯定I spent quite a few days doing my homework.我花费相当一段时间完成作业。few极少，几乎没有（修饰可数名词）表否定I think the book is easy to understand because there are few new words in it.我想这本书很容易读懂，因为生词很少。【功能用语及拓展】1.
