1 planning- action plan1.1 IntroductionAs an investment services manager with the Cadogan Bank plc, I would responsible to well-to-do client by providing to their savings, borrowing and personal insurance needs.Nowadays, as the manager of the bank Western Branch. I will provide the services for Alexander Flynn and his wife. I will base on their needs and requests formulate a project to them.The project would be separate into three parts: Action Plan, Development and Evaluation.The first part of the project is Action planning. Action Plan aims at defines a strategy for carrying out the project and set out a timescale for project. The second part of the project is developing. Development aims at analyze the couples finance situation and find out their finance needs then provide a criteria on which to base the decision to select a range of the providers who can provide relevant products and services for the given project. At last compare the each of the finance product to suggest the most one be suit for their situation.The third part of the project is evaluation. Evaluation mainly aim at discusses the methods that were used during research period and how the candidate handles problems in this time, it also need considers any variations and why these arose and evaluate the effectiveness of the decision-making process and compares the actual process with the original proposals set out in the action plan.1.2 likely resources to be usedTo collect the information, there are two ways to research the resources. It is necessary and important to use the varieties of resource and appropriate methods to gather data to support the project.Primary research: To support the purpose of the project, primary research is vital as well.
