Sector-related program documents training by the Office Manager or supervisor training.4.1.2.4职后培训:指员工上岗后应进行的持续和提升培训(包括通用或个性的管理培训、技术或营销培训等),原则上允许在上岗后1-2年内完成。 管理培训:指为提高组织活力,有针对性地对各级管理人员进行的管理理念、有效沟通、非HR的HR管理、非财务人员的财务管理、质量意识、质量/环境管理体系、供应链管理及客户关系管理等方面的知识培训。 技术(或营销)培训:指对从事与产品研发、生产工艺技术、检验检测技术或产品销售技巧等有关的专业技术人员进行的新技术、新工艺的培训。4.1.2.4 On-the-job training: refers to employee induction should be continued and improved training (including general management training, technical or marketing training or personality), in principle, allow complete within 1-2 years after the induction. -Management training: to improve energy, targeted to managers at all levels for non-HR management, effective communication, HR management, financial management for non-financial personnel, quality awareness and quality/environmental management systems, supply chain management and customer relationship management training in the field of knowledge. -Technology (or marketing) training: working with product development, production technology, inspection technology or product sales skills and other related professional and technical personnel for training in new technologies, new processes.4.1.3 部门培训:由各部门组织实施的培训,包括上岗培训、转岗培训以及销售、技术、管理等个性课程的培训。如业务员、采购员、生产文员、质量检验、包装、洗板等岗位的培训。4.1.3.1关键岗位培训:a)对成品质量有直接影响的工序;b)产品重要质量特性形成的工序;c) 工艺波动、质量不稳定,对工人技艺要求高或问题发生较多的工序。(如印刷工、操作员、焊接工、QC、维修等岗位的培训) 4.1.4自学:由员工结合岗位工作需要,利用业余时间自学钻研相关资料、掌握岗位技能,达到培训效果的学习。4.2 公司年度培训计划:依据公司年度经营计划和各部门的培训需求,由行政部在每年年底前制订。主要包括受训对象、人数、培训内容、培训日程、培训场所、培训教师、预计费用等。4.1.3 departmental training: Organization and implementation of training by sector, including induction training, transfer of training, as well as sales, technical, management and other personality curriculum training.
