Here implies outstanding differences between a boss depending on positional power and a good boss who is respected as a leader inspiring enthusiasm. To illustrate what are some important qualities of a good boss, it is therefore necessary to see the image of a leader in a boss in two aspects: confidence and responsibility. A good boss leads as does a leader who is responsible for things going right or otherwise. When something wrong happens, a good boss fixes the breakdown rather than fixes the blame. A lousy boss who claims to know about anything but a leader is capable of asking right questions and providing right solutions. Of course the boss is always right, even when making work drudgery. But when it comes to leadership, it is about the responsibility of making work more interesting and worthwhile. That is to say that a boss not gifted with leadership is not really leading people but driving them to the point of insanity. Confidence is a combination of good-will and loyalty toward leadership. What really matters to leadership is cultivating good-will in whatever situation. It is as if working in the open and not in the covert, or saying lets go and not shouting go and things like these. Probably one of the most common examples of ordinary bosses or supervisors is talking too much too often too loudly in order to seem possessing more ideas or to appear more important. Louder-ship is not worthy of leadership, of course. Needless to say that you had better laugh heartily at the joke every time your stupid boss tells, it may be a loyalty test under disguise. To make a long story short, a good boss as a leader not only creates confidence rather than fear, but also corrects mistakes without fixing blame.
