Understand what to include when introducing oneselfActivity/follow-up(+ type)10Teacher informally introduces himself for the first time to students. Once he is finished, he asks students to come up with a list of what the teacher talked about.One student is picked to write each of the items that the students can remember.Once the list is complete, teacher asks students for additional items to make the introduction more interesting.152. Be able to include interesting facts about themselvesStudents start looking for interesting facts to add in a self-introduction. They should come up with 2 facts per person. Facts get noted down on the whiteboard; each item is then discussed to find which are most popular.Then they start working on fact about themselves. Students are asked to note down keywords only.103. Formulate correct questions and answers pertaining to a self-introductionStudents use their list of keywords and write correct questions and answers next to each of them.Students start practicing with their pair (asking and answering questions)Then they start practicing their self-introductions.404. Be able to introduce themselves using interesting facts about their own lifeStudents start introducing themselves one by one.
