【全球化下多語言同步學習之環境與政策】國際研討會【會議主題】：在今日多個新興大國崛起，區域走向整合，國際交流講究多邊及平等的時代，僅憑藉英文為歷史文化之相互理解，及政經、貿易之交涉折衝之唯一工具，顯然有其侷限性。因此，以區域內各國語言為基礎，建構溝通網路乃是在單一共通語言外，體現全球多元化饒有意義之努力。 本學術研討會主旨在以多元的觀點探討多語言同步學習的開發計畫及跨學科之研究。而所謂多語言同步學習意指同時學習本國語言以外之兩種語言，而所謂多元的觀點乃指焦點並不單置於語言習得，除多語言習得論外，尚包含多文化共生論、比較語言教育論、多語言教育政策論等更恢宏之跨學科研究觀點。基於此構想目的之計畫及研究，多語種之教師與研究學者間之合作協調乃不可或缺。因此，本會旨在將多語言習得、多文化共生、多語言溝通、比較語言教育論、多語言教育政策等主題熔冶一爐，廣邀國內外之學者共同參與此一新學術領域之拓展，我們竭誠歡迎任何與以上主題相關之論文。主辦單位:國立政治大學外語學院、教育部北區大學外文中心共同主辦單位:日本國立宮崎大學協辦單位:國立政治大學外語學院英文系、阿拉伯語文學系、斯拉夫語文學系、日本語文學系、韓國語文學系、土耳其語文學系、歐洲語文學程、國立政治大學外文中心論文摘要1000字內(中文及英文)並附上作者個人資料表、學經歷及研究成果，請於98年9月10日前以電子郵件形式寄至.tw論文摘要審查結果將於民國98年9月21日以電子郵件通知研討會正式論文應在A4規格20頁以內(中文每頁34*30行;英文請以12字體大小的Times New Roman隔行橫打)大會使用語言:各國語文研討會將訂於民國98年12月05日(星期六)於政治大學校本部行政大樓舉行【重要日期】論文摘要截止日期:民國98年9 月10日(星期四) 摘要審查結果通知:民國98年9 月21日(星期一) 論文全文截止日期:民國98年11月10日(星期二) 若有疑問請電(02)2939-3091ext.63019 包佳正小姐或email:.twInternational Conference on the Environments and Policies of Learning Multiple Languages Simultaneously in the Age of GlobalizationCall for PapersIn the age of the rising of powerful nations, world regions seek international collaboration and equal share of say in mutual communication. It has become limiting to use English as the only tool in understanding other histories and cultures, and in negotiating politically and economically with other nations. Therefore, it is the global trend and effort to develop regional communication network based on multilingualism, on top of the already existing foundation of a lingua franca.The theme of the conference is to investigate from multiple perspectives the interdisciplinary research and developing projects on “learning multiple foreign languages simultaneously.” This refers to the learning of two or more foreign languages at the same time. The conferences focus on “multiple perspectives” intends to explore diverse topics in the areas of research on “the co-existing of multiple cultures,” “comparative language education,” “educational policies on multilingual learning,” and “the acquisition of multiple languages.” Other related research topics with interdisciplinary perspectives are also welcomed. Collaboration among foreign language educators and researchers is urgently needed to broaden the research scope of the above-mentioned theme.
