加 载 油 缸使 用 说 明 书Loading hydraulic cylinderinstruction济 南 瑞 原 液 压 气 动 设 备 有 限 公 司Jinan RUIYUAN Hydraulic Pneumatic Equipment Co.,Ltd.加载油缸使用说明书Instruction of Loading hydraulic cylinder一、 技术参数: technical parameters1、 额定压力：20MPa rated pressure: 20MPa2、 试验压力：25MPa test pressure: 25MPa3、 有杆端使用压力20MPa,无杆端使用压力10MPa。4、 使用环境温度：-10+60。5、 液压油：YB-N46抗磨液压油 Hydraulic oil: YB-N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil二、 使用与维护：Use and maintenance1、 油缸使用工作油的粘度为2974mm2/S，推荐使用YB-N46抗磨液压油。工作油温在2080范围内。在环境温度和使用温度较低时，可选择粘度较低的油液。如有特殊要求，请单独注明。 Viscosity of hydraulic oil is 2974mm2/S, recommend use YB-N46 antiwear hydraulic oil.Work in the oil temperature -20 +80 .When ambient temperature and working temperature are lower,may choose to the oil of lower viscosity.For consumer have special requests, please separate annotated.2、 液压缸要求系统过滤精度不低于80m要求，要严格控制油液污染，保持油液的清洁，定期检查油液的性能，并进行必要的精细过滤和更换新的工作油液。 Filter fineness of System of hydraulic cylinders is not less than 80 m , to strictly control the oil pollution, to maintain the cleanliness of oil, regularly check the performance of oil, In a pinch process fine filtration and replace the new working oil.3、 安装时要保证活塞杆顶端连接头的方向应与缸头、耳环（或中间铰轴）的方向一致，并保证整个活塞杆在进退过程中的直线度，防止出现刚性干扰现象，造成不必要的损坏。 When hydraulic cylinder is installed,to ensure that the uniformly direction of the top of rod connecting and foreside of cylinder , earring(or middle hinge axis) , and to ensure that the straightness of the piston rod in the process of advance and retreat , to prevent the phenomena of rigid interference, causing unnecessary damage.4、 当液压缸安装上主机后,在运转试验中应先检查油口配管部分和活塞杆前端导向套处有无漏油，并应对耳环和中间铰轴轴承部位加油。When the hydraulic cylinder is installed on the host, should first check oil part and guide sleeve of foreside of piston rod whether leakage, and inject lubricating oil in earing or bearing of middle hinge axis.5、 液压缸若发生漏油等故障要拆卸时，应用液压力使活塞的位置移动到缸筒的末端位置，拆卸中应避免不合适的敲打以及突然的掉落。The hydraulic cylinder is disassembled if it appear leakage,to move piston to the end of cylinder with oil pressure,to avoid improper knock and plunk down.6、 在拆卸之前，应松开溢流阀，使液压回路的压力降低为零，然后切断电源使液压装置停止运转，松开油口配管后，应用油塞塞住油口。Before the disassembly , the relief valve should be unclosed so that the hydraulic circuit to reduce the pressure to zero, and then cut off power supply to stop the hydraulic device , unclose oil port tubing , plug the oil port with plug screw.7、 液压缸不能作为电极接地使用，以免电击伤活塞杆。Hydraulic cylinder can not be used as a electrode with earthing, so as to avoid electrical injury piston rod.三、 常见故障及排除方法:the common faults and resolvent:现象Phenomenon产生原因Causes排除方法Resolvent外部泄露External leakage1. 活塞杆碰伤和拉伤2. 缸筒内表面拉伤3. 防尘圈挤出和反唇4. 活塞和活塞杆上的密封件磨损或损伤5. 油缸安装定心不良，使活塞杆伸出有困难1、the rod impact and strain2、cylinder interior surface damnification3、dust seal is extrude and seal lip is inversed 4、the seals on piston and piston rod are abraded or damaged 5、centering of hydraulic cylinder is bad to put out rod become difficult 1. 用极细的砂纸或油石修磨，不能修的更换新件2. 与活塞杆处理方法一样3. 拆开检查，重新更换4. 更换密封件5. 拆下来检查安装位置是否符合要求1、 with fine sandpaper or the whetstone grinding, what can not repair replace the new pieces 2、the same as above3、overhaul and replace4、replace seals5、disassemble and check whether the installationsite to accord with request of equipment installation活塞杆爬行和蠕动Piston rod discrete movement and peristalsis1、 油缸内进入空气或油中有气泡2、 油缸的安装位置偏移3、 活塞杆全长或局部弯曲4、 油缸内锈蚀或拉伤1, cylinder is intermingled the air or oil is intermingled air bubble 2, the installation of the hydraulic cylinder occur excursion 3, partial or full-length of rod occur bend 4, cylinder rust or scratch1、 松开接头，将空气排除2、 在安装时检查与主机运行方向平行3、 活塞杆全长校正不直度0.3/100或更换活塞杆4、 去除锈蚀和毛刺，情况严重时更换缸筒1, unclose oil port tubing , to eliminate air from cylinder2, when hydraulic cylinder is installed ,to check whether it parallel with direction of host3, straigh
