After 2h rest period at 205, check the appearance of the battery.放电时间3.5h。电池外观无变形,无爆裂。Discharge period is not less than 3.5 hours. No strain, no explosion.3高温放电性能High temperature characteristics标准充电结束后,在552的高温箱中搁置2h,然后以1C5A恒流放电,测量放电时间。结束后将电池在205环境温度下搁置2h,目测外观。After standard charge, put the battery in a oven, the temperature of the oven is 552 at which temperature the box is to remain for 2h, discharge with constant current 1C5A, note the discharging time. After 2h rest period at 205, check the appearance of the battery.放电时间不少51min。电池外观无变形,无爆裂。Discharge period is not less than 51 minutes. No strain, no explosion.4荷电保持能力Charge retention按标准充电,以充电态在205环境下开路搁置28天,再以0.2C5A电流恒流放电,测量放电时间。After standard charge, have a 28d rest period at 205, then discharge with constant current 0.2C5A ,note the discharging time.放电时间应不少于4.25h。Discharge period is not less than 4.25 hours。5循环寿命Cycle Life而后在205下,以5.0A恒流充电,当电压达到充电限制电压时,改恒压充电,直到电流0.01C5A停止。搁置0.5h1h,然后以11A放电至终止电压。搁置0.5h1h,再进行下一个充放电循环。直至连续两次放电时间18min,则认为寿命终止。Fully discharge the battery before this test ,then charge it with constant current 5.0A,when the voltage of the battery reaches the charge limited voltage , charge the battery with constant voltage until the charging current below 20mA,then have a 0.5h1h rest period, next ,discharge with current 11A to the cut-off voltage .After a 0.5h1h rest period ,begin next charge and discharge cycle. when two times over discharge time is less than 18min,life of the battery is end.循环500次容量剩余70%以上。试验期间应不漏液。Cycle Life70%500 cycles5.3环境适应性Environment Adaptability:NO.项目Item测试方法Test Procedure技术要求Requirements恒定湿热性能Constant Humidity and Temperature标准充电后,在402,相对湿度9095%的恒温恒湿箱中搁置48h,而后取出在2010下搁置2h,目测外观,再以1C5A放电至终止电压,测量放电时间。After standard charge, have a 48h rest period in a box with a constant relative humidity 9095% and a constant temperature 402,take out and have a 2h rest period, check the appearance. Discharging time is not less than 36min振动性能Vibration标准充电后,电池安装在振动台上,以X,Y,Z三个方向从10Hz55Hz循环扫描30min,扫描速率为1oct/min;目测外观,测量电池电压。振动频率:10Hz30Hz;位移幅值/单振幅:0.38mm,振动频率:30Hz55Hz;位移幅值/单振幅:0.19mm,After standard charge, fix the battery to oscillatory board, cycle scan in X/Y/Z axis three directions with a frequency from 10Hz to 55Hz for 30min,the scan velocity is 1oct/min,then check the appearance and measure the voltage of the battery.Frequency: 10Hz30Hz; Displacement Amplitude/Single Amplitude: 0.38mm, Frequency: 30Hz55Hz; Displacement Amplitude/Single Amplitude: 0.19mm外观无明显损伤,漏液、冒烟或爆裂。电压不低于36.0V。No visible damage, no liquid leakage, no smoke, no explosion. The voltage of battery is not lower than 36.0V. 碰撞性能Impact振动实验后,电池平均按X,Y,Z三个互相垂直轴向固定在台面上。脉冲峰值加速度:100m/s2;每分钟碰撞次数:4080;脉冲持续时间:16ms;碰撞次数:100010。目测外观,测量电压。After the vibration test, fix the battery to the board in X/Y/Z axis three directions. The voltage of battery is not lower than 36.0V.5.4 安全性能Safety Performance:序号项目测试方法技术要求热冲击性能Thermal-Shock Test(Heating Test)电池标准充电,搁置24h。置于热箱中,温度以52/min的速率升至1502并保温30min,检查电池外观。24h rest period after standard charge, put it in a oven, the temperature of the oven is to be raised at a rate of 52/min to a temperature of 1502 at which temperature the oven is to remain for 30 minutes, then check the appearance of the battery.不起火,不爆裂。No explosion, no fire短路性能Short-Circuit Test电池标准充电,搁置24h。短路正负极(线路总电阻50m),监视温度变化,当温度下降到比峰值低10时,结束实验。检查电池外观及温度。24h rest period after standard charge, then short the positive and negative terminals of the battery with copper wire(maximum resistance 50m),watch the change in temperature ,when the temperature of the battery is 10lower than the peak value ,end the test , check the appearance and the temperature of the battery.不起火,不爆裂。外部温度不高于150。No explosion, no fire. The temperature of the exterior cell casing shall not exceed150.6.产品的保存Storage产品应在室温下保存,并且应使电池处于约30%50%的半充电状态。为防止电池过放,电池在贮存期间最好每六个月充电一次。长时间储存时,请客户对电池用0.5C的电流充电1h左右使其带有部分电量储存。The cells storage with 30%-50% charged in the RT (room temperature), the cell should be charge once per 6 months to avoid the cell over discharge. The customer should charge the cell for 1 hour by 0.5C for long term storage.电池工作时是利用电化学反应释放的能量提供电能,它实际上是一种化学产品。正因为如此,若电池贮存很长一段时间而没有使用,电池的性能会缓慢衰减,因此要注意在一段时间的存储后对电池重新充放电激活以恢复电池能量。The cell working principle is release energy by electrochemistry to provide the power; actually, it is a chemistry product so that it should be re-charged to active the battery energy after a storage period, because its performance will be attenuation after long term storage.7.产品图picture! Danger电池使用时警告事项及注意事项严禁将电池浸入海水或水中,保存不用时,应放置于阴凉干燥的环境中。- Do not immerse, throw, and wet battery in water/ seawater, and store in the dry area with low temperature for long term storage. 禁止将电池在热高温源旁,如火、加热器等使用和留置。- Do not use or leave battery close to high temperature area, such as fire, heater etc.充电时请选用锂离子电池专用充电器。- When charging the battery, use dedicated chargers and follow the specified conditions.严禁颠倒正负极使用电池。- Do not place battery in a device with the (+) and (-) in the wrong way around.严禁将电池直接插入电源插座。- Do not connect battery directly to an electric outlet.禁止将电池丢于火或加热器中。- Do not heat or throw battery into a fire or heater. 禁止用金属直接连接电池正负极短路- Do not short circuit the (+) and (-) terminals with other metals禁止将电池与金属,如发夹、项链等一起运输或贮存。- Do not put batteries together with metal objects, such as necklaces, hairpins, coins, or screws, in storage or transportation. 禁止敲击或抛掷、踩踏电池等。Do not hit with a hammer, step on or throw or drop to cause strong shock.禁止直接焊接电池和用钉子或其它利器刺穿电池。Do not pierce battery with a sharp object such as a needle. !
