QJM（F/S）-40系列全密封变压器气体继电器QJM-40 Hermetically Sealing Transformer Oil-relay安装使用说明书Operating Instruction Manual沈 阳 科 奇 电 器 有 限 公 司SHENYANG KEQI ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT CO.,LTD地址：沈阳市沈北新区辉山经济开发区辉山大街123-15Add: No.123.huishan street,HuiShan New&High Techagricul Development 邮编Postcode：110164电话Tel：0086-24-88082828 传真Fax：0086-24-88082929 Http:/ E-mail:2一.产品简介 QJM（F/S）-40全密封变压器气体继电器是全密封变压器的专用综合保护继电器，可对变压器提供重瓦斯保护（压力超限保护）、瓦斯气体保护、油位显示、注油、补油、压力释放等功能。可极大方便供电部门监视全密封变压器运行情况及诊断变压器故障，适用于全密封变压器及箱式变电站。二.产品型号Q J M (F/S)- /- 压力释放阀开启压力值（kPa）轻瓦斯气体报警油位（mm）*压力继电器报警值（kPa）管路通径(标称值)（mm） 带压力释放阀/双重瓦斯报警 全密封专用继电器 气体例：QJM（F/S）-40/30-20-35表示全密封用的，压力继电器报警值为30kPa且为两组报警接点，轻瓦斯气体报警油位为油箱盖下部20 mm，压力释放阀的开启压力为35kPa,管路通径为40mm的气体继电器。注*:轻瓦斯气体报警油位也可根据客户要求选定三.外形及安装尺寸（见 图1）四.产品性能及特点4.1本产品压力保护即压力继电器保护。压力继电器为油箱内压力的电器保护装置，当油箱内压力达到报警压力值时，压力继电器动作发出报警信号，该信号可用于报警或跳闸，本产品推荐接跳闸；针对全密封变压器其报警信号代表重瓦斯动作。（注：选择压力报警值应小于压力释放阀开启压力5kPa）4.2 本产品的轻瓦斯保护即瓦斯气体量超值保护。本继电器油室在变压器总装后应充满变压器油，当变压器事故产生轻瓦斯气体时，该气体收集于本继电器的油室内，使油位下降，当达到报警位置时，可发出电器报警信号。4.3 本产品的油位显示计，可显示变压器油箱下部的油位，可360任意方向观察，与本公司专利产品多功能管式油位显示计功能相同，即可正确显示油位、补油、压力释放、取气样。五.外接线本产品电器室内设有接线端子板。端子中：1、2端为压力继电器（重瓦斯）无源开关常开接点；3、4端为轻瓦斯气体继电器无源开关常开接点，见图2-1所示。另在支持重瓦斯双路报警的气体继电器（如需此种接线方式，请客户在订货时特殊说明）的端子中：1、2端为第一路压力继电器（重瓦斯）无源开关常开接点；3、4端为第二路压力继电器（重瓦斯）无源开关常开接点； 5、6端为轻瓦斯气体继电器无源开关常开接点，见图2-2所示。本产品选用的电器开关容量及技术参数见表1。六.安装使用6.1 将本公司提供的联结法兰焊接在油箱盖上（变压器油箱盖开孔尺寸为60mm）；6.2 通过联结法兰对变压器进行注油，直至油面接近油箱上盖，将气体继电器安装在联结法兰上（法兰上表面应清洁，无划伤、划痕）；6.3将继电器上的放气塞（或压力释放阀）拧下，然后经变压器注油管注油至高低压套管及继电器均充满油，然后将注油管上的放气塞（或压力释放阀）拧紧；6.4 检查出线口引线接通情况（1、2、3、4）是否正常(图2为正常状态,如轻瓦斯报警请检查继电器中是否充满油,重瓦斯报警请对变压器进行减压操作,以上操作如不正常请同我公司联系），然后将控制线路接好；6.5我公司产品在出厂前已整定合格，用户不可随意拆装。H大小QJM-40QJM(F)-40QJM-40QJM(F)-40300305275280D165142联结法兰图1 气体继电器外形及安装尺寸图图2-1 接线原理图图2-2 重瓦斯双路电气报警接线原理图 表1 电压种类电压(V)电阻负载(A)感性负载(A)AC22053(COS=0.4)DC10.25(T=7ms)1. The product brief introductionQJM-40 Hermetically Sealing Transformer Oil-relay is designed specially for hermetically sealing transformer. The functions of its any models are as follows: heavy gas protection (pressure limit alarm and protection), light gas protection, oil level displaying, and fill oil, replenish oil, gas release. The product provides the protection for a variety of parameter in operation of transformer. The product makes it convenient for the power supply consumers to monitor the operation of transformer and to troubleshoot transformer. The product is mainly used for whole hermetically sealing transformer and tank-type transformer substation.2. See Figure 2.In the wiring terminal block which support the heavy gas has two circuit alarms , the terminal 1,2 are the first contacts of the passive switch of the pressure relay (heavy gas), the terminal 3,4 are the second contacts of the passive switch of the pressure relay (heavy gas), and the terminal 3, 4 are the contacts of the passive switch of the light gas relay. See Figure 3. 5. Installation and usage5.1 Meld the coupling flange supplied by our company on the top cover of the oil tank. The surface of the coupling flange should be clean and without any abrasion and scratch.5.2 Trough the coupling flange, fill oil into transformer until the oil level is near the top cover of the oil tank. Install the protector on the coupling flange. It can be filled oil throw the oil charging pipe. 5.3 Check the wiring condition of the outlet and see whether the wiring of terminals (1, 2, 3, 4) are normal or not (If abnormal, contact with our company), and then connect the control circuit.5.4 Our product is completely qualified before leaving the factory, and user cannot dismantle at will.6. Precautions6.1 The product should be handled gently. When installation, prevent collision and excessive vibration.6.2 The product is integral measured up before leaving factory, and user cannot dismantle at will.6.3 The electric capacity of electric equipment selected for alarm should be lower than the rated voltage and electric current of the product. If alarm electrical equipment consumes over electric capacity, an intermediate relay should be used. 6.4 Dont change the alarm pressure of the pressure relay optionally.7. Guide to order the productWhen users order the product, they should supply the following data:7.1 The model of the product.7.2 The alarm pressure value of the selected pressure relay (kPa).7.3 The operational environment: temperature, humidity, having or not having strong magnetic field interference.7.4 The quantity, delivery period of the product, station of destination, the method to contact, person to contact and telephone number.8.
