最新重点推荐的危重病期刊和网站声明：转载是请注明来自：网络上看到的所谓的危重病医学站点往往与麻醉或急诊混淆，现在都TMD 21世纪了,中国和世界的危重病医学专业已经是实实在在的实体了，怎么还小儿科似的放在一起，这说明麻醉和急诊吞并ICU之心不死呀！为了矫正视听，我把我喜欢的专业期刊和专业站点推荐给大家（摘录于个人笔记）：一.国外危重病期刊目前国外主要的危重症医学杂志几乎都有各自的主页，按照时间顺序提供各期（包括增刊）的目录和摘要，付费订户还可以阅读全文（即所谓的电子期刊）。很多杂志还有简单的搜索功能和主题分类，极大地方便了阅读者的检索和查询。另一个重要功能是读者可以免费订阅杂志的电子目录（e-TOC），只要简单的输入自己的电子信箱地址，之后就能在该杂志每期出版即刻获得当期杂志的目录。国外电子期刊还能够提供诸如PDA支持、原著附含材料、读者给编辑直接电子邮件联系以及最新信息发布等服务内容。以上这些都是国内专业期刊应该借鉴的优点。以下介绍重要的危重病医学期刊（注：本人推荐有一定倾向，读者莫怪）： Critical Care Medicine（） 美国危重症医学会（SCCM）的会刊，危重症医学界的权威杂志，目前影响因子4.195，每年出版12期。网络提供自1995年以来的全文或摘要。该杂志刊登危重症医学有关的最新进展，包括临床、基础研究、综述和病例报道。每期的正文之前往往刊登大量的述评（Editorials），作者一般都是各方面的权威与专家，对当期的重要文章分别进行评论，是了解学科动态和文献价值的重要参考，建议阅读者予以关注。此外在正文之后还刊登“编读往来”（Letters to the Editor），由读者投稿对既往刊登的论文予以自由讨论，并请原论文作者答复，体现了学术民主的风气，这也是国内专业刊物值得学习的地方。（看看杂志主页提供的信息：Editor-in-Chief Joseph E.
