教学设计The Past Continuous Tense Period One Fu Qinglan所用教材:人教新目标版所属年级:八年级(下册)教学目标1、知识目标:学习有关过去进行时的相关知识:过去进行时结构, 肯定句构成,否定句的构成, 一般疑问句和特殊疑问句的构成。掌握过去进行时的用法。2、能力目标:学会用过去进行时谈论发生过的事。3、情感目标:通过完成任务过程培养学生的调查分析能力,贴近生活,增进同学之间的了解和友情,加强沟通,帮助找到共同点及尊重别人的看法。教学分析1、教学内容分析:本节课主要是语法:过去进行时的用法2、学生分析:八年级学生经过一年多时间的英语学习,熟悉了一些知识,他们有较强的表现欲望,乐于积极思考、敢于发表观点,这有利于师生们在课堂上的交流互动。分析及掌握所要学的知识。3、教学重点:学习使用过去进行时结构, 肯定句构成,否定句的构成, 一般疑问句和特殊疑问句的构成。掌握过去进行时的用法4、教学难点:判断何时用过去进行时及其用法。教学方法采用交流互动、分组讨论的任务型教学策略,利用视频、课件等来开展课堂教学,发挥学生的主体作用,广泛进行Pair work口语交际活动和Group work小组调查活动,引导学生总结规律、扩展运用,自主的完成任务。课前准备教师:搜集一些有关学生的图片 ,向往的生活剪截视频;制作课件;设计课后练习。学生:复习现在进行时的结构及现在分词的构成。教学过程Step 1 Greeting and reviewT: Good morning, everyone.S: Good morning, miss Fu. T: For me, I like singing. I like the song named Country Road. Do you want me to sing this song? Ss: Yes.T: (Sing the song for the students.)What am I doing?S: You are singing.T: do you like the song? Can you sing a song for me?(ask one student to sing a song)T: What is he doing?S: He is singing.T: We have learned The Present Continuous Tense. Now lets review its structure and how to change the verbs into present participle.(出示幻灯片并复习)Step 2 PresentationT: I want to know what you were doing at 9 oclock last night.T: What were you doing at 9 oclock last night?(板书) (多问几个学生)S: I was watching TV at 9 oclock last night. (板书)T: What was she doing at 9 oclock last night?(问其他学生目的是转换成第三人称单数)S: She was watching TV. (让同学们改变时间状语及人称多练习)T: Lets know more about your classmates.(出示同班同学在家干活的照片) (让学生练习并熟悉过去进行时的特殊疑问句和基本结构)Step 3 Consolidation Ask and answer in two students with the pictures as the sample.(适时纠正对话时出现的一些错误)(让学生来进行问答训练)Step 4 PracticeT: Do you have good memories?S: Yes.T: OK, now challenge your memories.(播放视频向往的生活,提醒学生关注视频里每个人所做的事)Ask and answer(由这个活动引出过去进行时的一般疑问句及其肯定回答和否定回答,否定句句式并加以练习)(边问边板书 Was He Jiong talking with Huang Lei at that time? Yes, he was. Was Yang Dong talking with Huang Lei, too? No, he wasnt. He wasnt talking with Huang Lei. He was chopping firewood.)(ask some students to say more sentences according to the video)(巩固过去进行时的一般疑问句及其肯定回答和否定回答,否定句句式)Step 5 Summary(让同学们根据ppt和板书归纳出过去进行时的结构及用法以及标志词)然后出示PPT并讲解Step 6 Make a survey and reportT:Do you want to know more about your classmates.Ss: Yes, we do.T: OK! Now lets make a survey about you and your classmates.(学生有课前发的空白调查表) (幻灯片可给出例子,降低此部分难度)(about five minutes)T:Now I will ask some students to report their surveys as the sample.(叫几个学生即可,基础好点的学生也可写出自己的报告) Step7 Practice Ask the students to do some exercises(give them some exercises) Then ask some students to give their answersStep 8 Homework 查阅相关资料,看看过去进行时还可以用于哪些情况,为进一步学习过去进行时做准备。Blackboard design What were you doing at 9 oclock last night?What was she doing at 9 oclock last night?I was watching TV at 9 oclock last night. He was chopping firewood.Step 9 Teaching reflection 本节课的内容主要是关于语法“过去进行时”的学习。类似这样的语法课,算是第一次尝试这样的做法,所以所涉及到的点并不多。从教学过程及教学反馈来看,学生基本上掌握了本节课所讲的内容。但是该语法还有when和while 所引导的时间状语从句的用法及区别没讲,我觉得这是一个重点,也是一个难点。先给学生铺垫一下对学习他们的用法及区别是有好处的。对本课的教学设计来说,先由老师唱一首歌来导入课堂内容,学生们较兴奋。图片的选取来自于学生的照片,学生更兴奋。在视频的选取中,截取了热播的娱乐节目向往的生活片断,易引起学生的兴趣,让他们觉得有话可说。最后有一个调查报告,提升了本堂课的高度。最终以成文的方式呈现出来,对学生的写作也是很有帮助的。每一个活动都由对应的教学目的,学生易掌握。当然,部分学生由于接受能力不强,还得课后加强辅导。过去进行时学案1.
