由 210 个导流盘和 209 个膜片构成 膜片和导流盘间隔叠放 O 型橡胶垫圈放在导流盘两面的凹槽内 用中心拉杆穿 在一起 置入耐压套管中 两端用金属端板密封 2 DT RO 技术特点 与其他膜组件 卷式封装 相比 碟管式反渗透具有以下三个明显的特点 通道宽 膜片之间的通道为 6mm 而卷式封装的膜组件只有 0 2mm 流程短 液体在膜表面的流程仅 7cm 而卷式封装的膜组件为 100cm 湍流行 由于高压的作用 渗滤液打导导流盘上的凸点后形成高速湍流 这种湍流的冲刷下 膜表面不易沉降污染物 在卷式封装的膜组件中 网状支架会截留污染物 造成静水区从而带 来膜片的污染 以上三个特点 决定了碟管式反渗透技术在处理渗滤液时可以容忍较高的悬浮物和 SDI 通俗 一点讲 就是不会堵塞 同时 这三个技术特点体现在具体实践中 使碟管式膜技术有如下几 个工程特点 1 膜组的结垢少 膜污染轻 膜寿命长 DT RO 的特殊结构及水力学设计使膜组易于清洗 避免了结垢和其他膜污染 从而延长了膜 片寿命 用于 DT RO 的膜片寿命可长达 2 年以上 甚至更长 2 不依赖于预处理 具有良好的稳定性 安全性和适应性 由于 DTRO 膜组具有特殊的水力学设计 DTRO 膜组不用预处理可以直接处理渗滤液 使之 适于处理高浑浊度和含砂系数高的废水 对于一般的反渗透系统 进入膜组的废水浑浊度不能 超过 1 含砂系数不能超过 3 为使进水达到上述指标 往往需要比较复杂的前过滤和化学处 理 由于 DTRO 膜片和导流盘之间有比较宽敞的通道 进入膜组的废水浑浊度可达到 4 而含 砂系数也可达到 40 这样 只需要简单的砂滤器和精滤器就能满足膜组系统的要求 在具体 工程中 预处理系统可有可无 对于有预处理的系统 无论预处理环结是否高效 稳定 反渗 透系统都可以稳定的达标出水 同时由于不依赖于生物处理 碟管式反渗透对填埋场各个阶段 的渗滤液具有良好的适应性 3 具有十分可靠的处理效果 到目前为止 国外十几年来 243 个渗滤液处理工程实例无一例失败 碟管式反渗透设备在国 内十余个垃圾厂的处理实例 无一例因堵塞导致效果受影响 4 安装 维修简单 操作方便 自动化程度高 由于 DTRO 系统采用的管道 零备件大多是标准件 安装 维修比较方便 同时 系统内的 膜片可以单独抽换
