Johnson Matthey standard test conditions for glass enamels:玻璃釉料标准测试条件:Firing Conditions:烧结条件:The firing conditions are assessed on a Centrotherm belt furnace, 3 zones, time in kiln(including cooling) 25 minutes. Set temperature of zones 1, 2 and 3 are mentioned as firing temperature glass enamel. These values should be used for comparative purposes only and do not refer to firing temperatures under production circumstances。使用Centrotherm 三段式带式炉,将样品在炉内烧25分钟(包括冷却时间)评估其烧结条件。区域1,2和3的设定温度为该样品釉料的烧结条件。其值仅用作参考,而不作为实际生产条件。Typical specification: depending on enamel type, no general specification.标准参数:无,取决于釉料类型。Thermal Expansion:热膨胀:The Thermal Expansion Coefficient(TEC) is determined by measuring the expansion of the glass enamel between 20 and 320.The sample is prepared by pressing glass enamel powder into a mould and fire until it is completely fused. The sample is then measured on an Electrotech dilatometer.通过测量釉料样品在20到320度之间的膨胀情况确定其膨胀系数。样品准备:将玻璃釉料粉未压入一模具内,加热直至其完全熔化。然后利用膨胀仪测量样品。Typical specification: Depending on enamel type, but close to the TEC of glass.标准规格: 取决于釉料类型,但必须接近玻璃的膨胀系数。Light Transmission:透光率(遮盖力):The light transmission (UV and Visual) are determined using a Gretag D200 optical density meter. See the picture below for the equipment used at Johnson Matthey b.v. to determine the fineness of the paste. 用细度规测量油墨的细腻度。下图为庄信万丰用来测量油墨细腻度设备。Typical specification: 30um 通用标准:30um. Viscosity:粘度:The viscosity is measured using a TA instruments AR500. The measuring system we use for QC is a 4cm, 4spindle. The temperature of the cone, plate and the sample is 21(unless mentioned otherwise). We read the viscosity at a shear rate of 1008/s.In the picture below you can see the TA instruments AR500 equipment.使用AR500测量油墨粘度。目前,品质控制所用测量系统为一4cm,4度转子。如无特殊要求,其试验温度为21(包括样品,转子及放置样品托盘). 剪切率为1008每秒时的读数为油墨粘度值。下图为AR500仪器图片。Typical specification: Depending on enamel type, no general specification.标准:取决于油墨类型,无通用标准。Surface Appearance:表面光洁度:The gloss of a surface is measured under an angle of 85using Microtrigloss equipment as shown below. Matt surfaces have a low gloss value while glossy enamels can reach up to a gloss value of 100.利用相关设备以85度角方向测量光泽度。无光泽表面光泽度值小,而亮光油墨其光泽度值可达100.Typical specification: Depending on paste type, no general specification, low for matt enamels, high for glossy enamels.标准:取决于油墨类型,亚光油墨光泽度值低,亮光油墨光泽度值高。备注:以上须油墨良好印刷,烘干并烧结。Surface Roughness:表面粗糙度:The fired surface roughness is measured using a TR100 surface roughness tester. Below a picture of the equipment used within Johnson Matthey b.v.庄信万丰使用TR100表面粗糙度测试仪测量烧结后油墨表面粗糙度。Typical specification: Comparative to standard ( roughness 1.0um)规格:相对于标准件0.1um.Chemical Durability:耐化学试剂(耐酸碱)Chemical durability can be tested using difference methods.
