To begin with, I will make a list of the tasks required by the job as well as a list of the things I can say and do in order to demonstrate my customer service ability. Moreover, I can ask friends and family members to take part in a role-play with me so that I can become familiar with the situation and find out my problems. I can also video tape the role-play to further identify problems and make improvement.VII.
