医院行政值班制度 (1) 医院行政值班制度行政值班人员职责 1、值班人员负责处理非办公时间的医务、行政和临时事宜，及时传达、处理上级指示和紧急通知、签收机密文件，承接未办事项。 2、值班人员在值班时间内有权检查医院各科工作，发现问题及时处理或督促解决。 遇有下列问题，应立即向院领导请示汇报直至问题及时处理。 (1)接到上级指示和紧急通知。 (2)有大批伤员或大批中毒者入院。
