九年级英语Unit 6 section A 教学设计秀林镇中 于飞燕教学目标知识目标:a.key vocabulary: invent salty, sweet, sour, crispy, pleasant, potato chips, slipper, leaf, fire, scoop, light bulb, telescope, microwave oven, abacus, camera, beverage, be invented by, be used for, by mistake, by accidentb.target language:when was the telephone invented? i think it was invented in 1876.what are they used for? they are used for seeing in the dark?who were they invented by? they were invented by julie thompson.技能目标:训练学生运用网络查找资料;相互交流资料:训练学生对英语的听说能力。情感目标:一些发明改变极大地改变了人们的生活;每个人都应该为社会做出自己的贡献。认识事物的多面性。教学重难点根据本节课的教学内容和学生对知识的理解程度,结合本课的教学目标与学习目标,确定本节课的重点是在交际活动的过程中能听懂会说重点句型when was the telephone invented? i think it was invented in 1876.难点为重点句型的实际运用及被动语态一般过去时的表达方式。教学过程stepsstudents activitiesteachers activities设计思路1all the students answer the questions. review the passive voice and learn some new words.teacher ask “what is the computer used for?”by showing the flash of a computer.then show some other flashes and teachthe new words. review the passive voice by asking “what is the used for?”复习和本课有关的被动语态的一般现在时,为教学新课做好铺垫。在旧的句型中学习新的单词,符合语言的认知规律。通过多媒体的呈现,直观地教学新单词。2pairwork the dialogue like this;what is/areused for? it is /they are used for?show some pictures such as keys, camera, watches telephone on a flash card.ask the ss to pairwork.then check.通过多媒体的帮助,呈现给学生更多的语言练习的素材,给学生利用目标语言表达交流的机会,实现语言的交际性。3answer the teachers questions.learn the new language .show a piece of paper,ask who invented paper? tsai lun invented paper,right? who was paper invented by? it was invented by tsai lun.then show a picture of a calculator? and ask who was calculator invented by?then show the inventor of it on the bb.通过学生都非常熟悉的纸的发明者蔡伦呈现新的语法知识:被动语态的一般过去时。体现教学设计的梯度,照顾到所有的学生,让基础差的学生每节课也能有所收获。4work in groups of 4 to practise the conversation. who was invented by?it was invented by .when was invented?it was invented in ask the ss to work in groups of 4 to practise the conversation. then ask some group leaders to give their report.通过小组合作学习,增进生生互动。并通过这一环节检查学生对课前任务的完成情况。对任务有布置有检查,这样才能促进学生的自主学习。5books open. do 1b. listen and match the inventions with the dates. then check. listen and repeat.play the recording for the ss to listen and do 1b. then check the answer. replay the recording for the ss to listen and repeat.通过反复的听力练习提高学生的听力水平。反复跟读模仿语音语调。6ss think about the inventions good or bad points.show a mobile phione and say i think the mobile phone is the most helpful invention.show a picture of an alarm clock and apicture of it making noise. teacher says its an annoying invention.because it wakes me up when im sleeping.教师通过表达自己的观点引导学生进行更深层次的思考,认识事物的多面性。7make a survey. ask your classmates a:what do you think is the most annoying/helpful invention?b:i thinka:why is that?then report.ask the ss to make a survey. then have some individual ss to give their reports.通过完成调查任务实现对语言的运用。运用所学的语言去解决实际问题,这才达到了语言教学的真正目的。8have a discussion about : what do inventors do? do you want to be an inventor?ask the ss to have a discussion.讨论引发学生思考发明家为社会做出的贡献,并思考自己以后将为社会做些什么。本课不仅教给了学生知识,还教给学生做人的道理,实现情感目标的落实。9think about what we learn today.summary.结束时总结一下今天所学的知识。10find out more inventions and their inventors .homework.作业是课堂的巩固和延伸,课堂所涉及的东西是有限的,学生课外可以做适当的拓展。五、案例反思:本节课在多媒体的辅助下,直观生动地呈现给学生学习语言需要的材料,为学生搭建了一个很好的语言练习的平台。本节课从复习被动语态的一般现在时入手,由纸的发明者蔡伦引出本课的新的语法知识:被动语态的一般过去时。因为纸是中国古代四大发明之一,所有的学生都熟悉和了解,所以用这个话题引出新知识的做法是很可取的。然后通过小组合作练习检查了老师布置的课前任务。学生通过完成课前任务,自己动手利用信息技术来完成学习任务,这也体现了英语教学与信息技术的整合,而且促进了学生的自主学习。“施之以教,贵在引导。”教师还通过自己对某些发明的看法来引导学生去思考对常见的事物的思考。这样可以启发学
