一、教学目标：1.能力目标 1) 95%的学生能通过听录音、反复诵读以及教师对于诗歌特点的演示后，有感情地朗读本首诗歌，并能理解诗篇大意。 2) 70%的学生能够从读到说，用真情实感流畅讲述自己和母亲之间的故事并能表 述对母亲的感激之情。2.知识目标 学生能通过反复阅读，理解以下目标词汇和结构：Target vocabulary: regret, hug, tiny, lift, team, badly, awfulExpression: talk back, keepfromPattern: should be allowed to do.3. 情感态度目标 通过该诗的学习，学生能体验伟大的母爱，并对母亲表述感恩之心.4. 学习策略1）通过top-down reading这一阅读方法的训练，使学生学会整体感知文章，梳理文章脉络。2) 学生能够学会predicting、skimming、scanning 、detail reading等阅读方法。5. 文化意识 通过阅读和教师讲解、示例，80%的学生能够初步了解英文诗歌特点及诗歌文化。 二、学情分析：本节课内容比较贴近学生的生活，妈妈的爱是学生们非常熟悉的情感，很容易引起学生的共鸣。因此学生们对本节课的学习会有较高的兴趣，加之学习内容难度的不大，学生有较强的表达欲望和诉求，参与活动的积极性和学习得高效性也相应地提高了。作为老师，应较好地保持这一态势并适时引导，辅以灵活多样的教学设计和丰富的活动设计，鼓励学生加强语言实践，渗透学法指导并引导学生理解父母对子女的关爱和教育。三、重点难点：1.重点：重点单词及短语：tiny,field,badly,awful,regret,talk back,make ones own decision.2.难点：通过阅读诗歌让学生了解诗歌的韵律，理解母亲的重要性。四、课时安排：1课时五、课前准备：1.收集妈妈照顾孩子的图片及故事。 2.准备好录音机，制作多媒体课件及学案。六、教学方法：自主学习与合作学习相结合七、教学活动：Step 1:Lead-in Enjoy a song, You Raise Me Up by Westlife.
