Sing an English song the ABC song.2. Lets chant He and she, he and she, boy and girl, you and me.He and she ,he and she, teacher and students, one two, three.Step 2 presentation1 .Look at the pictures and say sentences. Hes a boy. Hes Liangliang. Shes a girl. Shes Lanlan.3. Teach new words: man, woman.Say sentences: Hes a man. Hes M r Zhang. Shes a woman. Shes Miss Wang. 4. Listen and repeatGet the students to watch the vedio at Page 15 in the textbook .For the first time, just listen. For the second time, listen and repeat the words and sentences. Step 3 Practice1. Ask and answer Show slides for students to talk about,guide them to practice the following sentence pattern:Whos that boy/girl/man/woman?Hes/Shes2.Game timeGame 1: find word partner,see who can answer the most quickly. Eg: T( teacher):yes/man/dad/Ss(students):no/woman/mum/Game 2: Listen and find out WHO he/she is. Get six students to read something in Chinese on the notes that the teacher gives them. Make sure the whole class know that the six students play the characters from Journey to the west. The other students guess who he/she is.Teacher: Whos that man/woman?Students: Hes Sun Wukong/ Zhubajie /Tang seng /Erlangshen Shes Guanyinpusa/Tieshangongzhu.Step 4 Summary Get the students to go over the words and sentences
