(时间状语从句,一般来说,若主从句谓语动词都是陈述过去,那么主从句都可以用一般过去时。)2)They were trying to cheat the emperor.(过去进行时态,表示过去某一时间段或某一时间内正在发生或进行的动作或状态,基本结构:was/were+Ving。)3)This story is about an emperor who loved clothes. Student analysis学情分析2.1 Fundamental State基本情况通过Section A的学习,学生已经能用过去时态和状语从句讲简单的故事。学生学习兴趣较浓,喜欢童话故事。在本课时的学习中,1a先解决新单词,为后面的听力扫除障碍,1b让学生给图片排序,对1c填空做了充分的铺垫作用。2.2 Knowledge Reserve知识储备 通过Section A的学习,学生熟练掌握了 “unless,as soon as,so that”以及一般过去时态的用法,接触到了比较丰富的语言内容,学生在学习过程中关注语言现象,不断内化相关语言知识。为Section B第一课时引导学生完成听力内容并尝试复述1c听力故事及1b-1c的听力谈论的相关话题进行了语言积累和话题预热。2.3 Class data本班实际由于对童话故事感兴趣,所以积极性都比较高。虽掌握了一些基础知识,但综合运用英语的能力和习惯还没有形成,从英语文章中获取信息和用英语表达的能力还有待提高。求知欲和表现参与意识很强,需要教师积极引导。教师应该抓住契机,通过小组学习、口语表演等活跃课堂气氛,使学生愉快学习,真正做学习的主人,引导学生养成积极乐观的学习态度。3. Ss read and try to remember the new words. silk, emperor, underwear, gold, stupid, cheat 5.2.2 Activity 1a Ask one student to read words in 1a. Tell Ss to match the words with the letters in the pictures in 1b. Let some Ss tell their answers. Then check together. Try to remember the new words.Answers: b: gold , d: emperor, c:silk, a:underwear5.2.2 Activity 1b5.2.2.1 Guide Ss to look at the pictures in 1c. Tell them these are the pictures from the story The Emperors New Clothes. Ss can make a prediction before listening.5.2.2.2 Listen to the tapes and number the pictures. Play the recording for the Ss. Ss just listen for the first time. Play the recording again and number the pictures.5.2.2.3 Check the answers: 432515.3 Listening practice 听力训练5.3.1 Pre-listening 听前指导Guide Ss to make a prediction before listening by looking at the pictures and read the statements in 1c.5.3.2 While-listening 听中任务 Activity 1cGuide Ss to listen for the learning challenges and fill in the blanks. Teach them learn shorthand.Answers: clothes, brothers, give, kept, looked, saw, shouted, wearing Then get Ss to read the conversation for several times.This part can make Ss know the story better and make it easier for them to retell the story later.5.4 Oral output口语输出Activity 1d5.4.1 Guide some Ss to tell the story one by one according to the pictures in 1c. 5.4.2 Then ask the Ss to talk about the story in groups.
