Both Sam and Tom can play the drums, but Sam plays them better than Tom.教学重难点1. 复习一般现在时态和一般过去时态的用法和区别。2. 掌握形容词比较级的构成和用法。学 习 过 程一、预习与交流A. 预习P17-18的1a,写出下列各形容词的反义词.1. short_2.old_3.busy_4. thin _5. good _ 6. happy_7. healthy_8. friendly_9. expensive_B. 小组预习P171c,P18-2d的对话,试着表演对话。二、合作与探究1. 复习一般现在时态和一般过去时态的用法和区别。2. 学习P1718的11个生词。3.认真观察P17中的插图,学会用插图中的对话描述人物。;4.小组讨论完成1a并核对答案。5. 听录音,完成1b,2a, 2b听力练习。6.让学生两人一组,利用1a 图片及听力练习对话。( 参照1c的对话进行问答)7.小组内合作完成2c8.小组成员练习2d对话并作展示竞赛。三、点拨升华1. 观察2a中已经完成的表格,归纳出形容词比较级的构成和用法。形容词与副词的比较级大多数形容词和副词有比较级和最高级的变化,即原级、比较级和最高级,用来表示事物的等级差别。原级即形容词的原形,比较级有规则变化和不规则变化两种。规则变化单音节词和少数双音节词,加词尾-er来构成比较级构成法原级比较级一般单音节词末尾加-er,tall(高的)great(巨大的)tallergreater以不发音的e结尾的单音节词词只加-r,nice(好的)large(大的)nicerlarger以一个辅音字母结尾的闭音节单音节词,双写结尾的辅音字母,再加-er,big(大的)hot(热的)biggerhotter“以辅音字母+y”结尾的双音节词,改y为i,再加-er, easy(容易的)busy(忙的)easierbusier部分双音节词和多音节词,在前面加more来构成比较级important(重要的)easily(容易地)more importantmore easily形容词和副词比较级的用法:1.在比较级句子中,基本结构为: 形容词/副词比较级+than He is taller than his brother.2.在比较级前面可以用much, even, far,a lot,a little, still 等词来修饰。He is a little more outgoing than me.2.That,s Tara, isnt it? 那是塔拉,对吗?这是一个反意疑问句,又称为“附加疑问句”,表示说话人提出某种看法,询问对方的见解,反意疑问句由“陈述句+附加疑问句”构成,若陈述句为肯定形式,则附加疑问句要用否定形式,若陈述句为否定形式,则附加疑问句要用肯定形式,这就是我们所说的“前肯后否,前否后肯”,同时,前后两部分中的人称,数,时态等都要保持一致,附加疑问句一般由“助动词,系动词或情态动词的肯定或否定式+代词”构成,否定式通常使用缩写形式。eg: The weather is very cold, isnt it? Laugh_;B. 小组预习P20-1b的对话,试着表演对话。二、合作与探究1. 复习比较级的构成和用法。2. 学习P1920的四个生词。3.小组讨论完成3a并核对答案。4. 独立完成3b并展示。5.小组内合作完成3c并展示6.小组成员独立完成sectionB-1a并交流比较谁的朋友观更完美。7.听录音完成1c,1d两部分。8.小组成员讨论完成1e并展示对话表演。三、点拨升华形容词与副词的比较级(一) 原级比较1. 由“as + 形容词 + as”或“as + 形容词 + 名词 + as”构成。2. 由“not so (as) + 形容词 + as”或“not so (as) + 形容词 + 名词 + as”构成。as.as意为和一样,表示同级的比较。使用时要注意第一个as为副词,第二个as为连词。其基本结构为:as+ adj./ adv. +as。例如: This film is as interesting as that one.这部电影和那部电影一样有趣。 其否定式为not as/so +adj./ adv. +as。例如: This dictionary is not as/so useful as you think.这本字典不如你想象的那样有用。(二)比较级应注意的问题1. 为了避免重复, 常用the one代替单数可数名词, the ones, those 代替复数名词, that 代替单数或不可数名词。2. 当比较对象属于同一范围时,需使用other来排除自身,否则会造成与自身相比较的矛盾。Canada is larger than any other country in North America.3. 比较级前面可以用even, still, yet , any, much, rather, a little, a lot, by far等修饰语用以加强语气或表示比较程度。To tell you the truth, my boyfriend is much older than me.四、课堂练习A. 单项选择( )1.
