新目标英语七年级下 Unit 4 Dont eat in class. 武亮一、 单元教材整体分析本单元是九年制义务课程标准实验教科书新目标英语七年级下册中第12单元,本单元的核心话题是“Rules”,教材内容围绕这一主题展开听说读写等教学活动,SectionA让学生学会运用句型Dont Cant I have to来谈论一些规则(如校规、家规等),引导学生正确运用祈使句,并掌握主语为第三人称时have to的形式变化。Section B 在学会运用祈使句的基础上学习制定一些规则(校规、家规)。这一话题与学生的实际生活密切相关,容易引起学生的共鸣,能极大地调动他们积极参与活动的热情,同时在制定规则的过程中号召大家在各种场合应自觉遵守规则。二、学情分析学生在以往的学习中,已经对can, dont ,have(has)有了很多的了解,为学习本单元知识作了认知铺垫,能自然地与本单元话题进行衔接,而且本单元的话题与学生的生活密切相关,而恰到好处的活动安排会极大地激发他们学习的兴趣,从而为活跃课堂气氛,提高学习效率奠定基础。三、教学目标1知识目标1)让学生识记下列的单词和短语rule, sneaker, in class, in the hallways, in the classrooms, have/has to do,for gym class, on school nights, Dr Know, take my dog for a walk, be in bed, by ten oclock , wash my clothes, help my mom make dinner, no talking, turn off the lights, waste water, talk loudly.2). 让学生掌握下面的句型 Can we eat in school? We can eat in the cafeteria , but we cant eat in the classroom. Can students wear hats in school? Yes, they can. / No, they cant. Dont +动词原形2. 能力目标1)复习,巩固“祈使句”的用法。(肯定,否定形式)2)学习“can” 表许可的用法。3)掌握“have/ has to”的表达方式及提问和问答。3. 情感目标 能用英语表达和制定某些规并渗透自觉遵守规则的思想。四、 教学重难点1“can”表请求,许可的用法是本单元的重点。2情感动词“have to”有第三人称单数的变化形式“has to”,还有时态的变化,如:“Do you have to ?/ Does he have to?”。3肯定祈使句是省略掉主语的原形动词开头; 否定祈使句则是在肯定祈使句前加上“dont”。4注意“No + doing”的表达结构五、教学方法:利用直观的生动的图片来学习词汇;以小组合作探究来学习制定规则。以为与学生生活密切相关的场所制定规则来激发他们制定规则的热情;以小组合作竞赛的形式来创设活跃的课堂;同时,在他们制定规则过程中号召全体学生自觉遵守学校,家庭以及社会的各项规章制度,做一个好学生,好孩子以及好公民。六、教具:多媒体ppt课件,录音机 七、课时安排本单元共4课时:Period 1: Section A 1a2c Period 2: Section A.3a-4,Period3:Section B 12cPeriod 4: Section B3a, 3c,Period 5: Section B 3b Self-check RevisionPeriod1Teaching aims and demands:1. Lead-inAfter simple greetings, teacher tell Ss that on the way to school, she saw some sings. And ask Ss to tell the meaning of the signs(traffic signs).T:They are all traffic signs. They are traffic rules. (write the word rules on the blackboard)T: Do you know the meaning of “rule”Ss: 规则T:Yes, today well talk about the RULES. (以寻常的问候交流提到在来校的路上看到一些标志,让学生说出其含义,由于在第2单元中学生已经接触过了一些路标,因此比较容易回答。由交通规则导出rules。同时这里也让学生接触了祈使句)Step 2. Presentation1. Talk about the school rules(Show Ss some pictures)T: Look at this picture, what is he doing?Ss: Hes running.T: Can we run in the hallways?Ss: No, we cant. We cant run in the hallways.T: Yes. We can also say “Dont run in the hallways.”In the same way, finish some other school rules (Dont arrive late for school. Dont fight. Dont eat in the classroom.
