Then, lead in the topic of this unit.Before listening Step3: Invite one student to make conversation like “- What did you do last weekend? - I went shopping. - Oh, It seems interesting.” ( give the student praise by saying “well-down, fantastic etc.”)Step4: Move to 1a by saying “ I have a good friend and her name is Lucy. She had a very wonderful weekend. Can you guess what Lucy did last weekend? Then, show six pictures on PPT. Ask Ss to speak out the activities and finish the task in 1a. Step5: Get Ss to answer the questions according to 1a. Like “-In picture a, what did Lucy do last weekend? - She did her homework.” Write the phrases on the blackboard one by one and let Ss to read.Step6: Give Ss 3mins to memorize the phrases. Then, play a guessing game. Ask Ss to guess what activities are in the pictures. While listening Step7: Move to 1b by saying “ We have learnt about what Lucy did on her weekend.
